This study examined 316 soldiers in the South Korean Army and the mediation effects of social support on bullying and frustration. Bullying, social support, and frustration showed average scores of 2.23, 3.60, and 2.75 points, respectively. There was a positive correlation between bullying, social support, and frustration.
