Abstract
This book includes four case studies of Latin American companies in the confectionery, manufacturing, logistics and customs brokerage sectors that, after being affected by the crisis generated by the
Covid-19 pandemic, decided to change their strategic behavior. By sticking to their business idea, they have developed new products and entered new markets to meet customer needs. This text demonstrates
that it is possible to successfully manage moments of extreme adversity that put the survival of organizations at risk.
The cases presented in this book can be used in the classroom in business management programs and serve as a reference for entrepreneurs facing turbulent environments.
