Python code RS-CMSA-ESII

Abstract

This is version 1.0 of the Python code of Improved Covariance Matrix Self-Adaptation Evolution Strategy with Repelling Subpopulations (RS-CMSA-ESII) [1]. This code has been extracted from the original code that was used for the publication [1] for improved readability. This code has been developed and verified with Python 3.7.4 and Python 3.7.9. More information is provided in the readme.pdf file.
