This study was made to determine the development map on the topic of digital banking research. The study provides a systematic review using bibliometric mapping of the development of keyword trends, authors, and journals about digital banking from a number of reputable papers indexed by Scopus published between 1974 and 2021. Furthermore, this study was conducted to review what things can be developed by Islamic banking in the future. The results show that papers published with the theme of digital banking continue to experience developments, especially in 2015-2021. These findings reveal that to remain competitive, Islamic banks must update the quality of their services and products to align with the needs of future digital customers. Islamic banks need to pay attention to models that can be adopted related to collaboration and integration with Fintech while still complying with various sharia instruments and principles.

The financial crisis impacts the economy of developing countries. The existence of a financial crisis causes the economic growth of a country to decline. Islam has a perspective on the economic crisis issue. This research aims to find out and map research related to trends in the Islamic Economic Crisis published by leading journals from 1978 to 2022 and have been indexed by Scopus. Analysis of keyword trends, authors, and institutions. no one has used bibliometric analysis in this study. The data analyzed were 531 research publications using descriptive statistical methods and bibliometric analysis. The results show that the number of articles discussing the theme of the Islamic Economic Crisis has an increasing trend from year to year, along with the global economic crisis in 2008. the most prolific is Hassan M.K. Meanwhile, the country with the most famous writers and the most in Malaysia. Based on the bibliometric analysis, the leading causes of the financial crisis are; Natural Disasters, Political Instability, Social Instability, Faction Reserve Banking System, and Product Derivation. The research provides information for researchers who focus on research in the field of the Islamic Economic Crisis. In the end, this theme is possible to continue to develop.Krisis keuangan berdampak pada ekonomi negara-negara berkembang. Adanya krisis keuangan menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara menurun. Islam memiliki perspektif terhadap isu krisis ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memetakan penelitian terkait tren Krisis Ekonomi Islam yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal-jurnal terkemuka dari tahun 1978 hingga 2022 dan telah terindeks Scopus. Analisis tren kata kunci, penulis, dan institusi. Tidak ada yang menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dalam penelitian ini. Data yang dianalisis sebanyak 531 publikasi penelitian menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan analisis bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah artikel yang membahas tema Krisis Ekonomi Islam memiliki tren yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, seiring dengan krisis ekonomi global pada tahun 2008. yang paling produktif adalah Hassan M.K. Sementara itu, negara dengan penulis paling terkenal dan terbanyak di Malaysia. Berdasarkan analisis bibliometrik, penyebab utama krisis keuangan adalah; Bencana alam, ketidakstabilan politik, ketidakstabilan sosial, sistem perbankan cadangan faksi, dan derivasi produk. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi bagi peneliti yang fokus pada penelitian di bidang Krisis Ekonomi Islam. Pada akhirnya, tema ini memungkinkan untuk terus berkembang.

The existence of the COVID-19 virus prompted the government to issue an Emergency Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (PPKM) policy that aimed to suppress positive cases, yet, on the other hand, detrimental to the community since they could not carry out transactions directly to meet their needs. However, the existence of e-commerce can help people to fulfill their needs by making transactions online. Each individual in the community has different preferences in making purchasing decisions. As Muslims, we are obligated to consume halal products, other than that, product quality and prices can also influence consumer preferences in purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of halal labels, product quality, and product price perceptions on consumer preferences in purchasing food and beverage products at Shopee. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach through logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of halal labels and price perceptions significantly affected consumer preferences in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the product quality variable has no significant effect on consumer preferences in purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the Profit Distribution Management (PDM) using the variable Proportion of Third Party Funds (PDPK), Provision for Earning Asset Losses (PPAP), Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) and Financing Risk (RP) at Commercial Banks. Sharia in Indonesia. The period of this research is the first quarter of 2016 to the fourth quarter of 2018. This type of research is descriptive analysis with quantitative research methods. The data source used is in the form of secondary data and obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the form of Islamic Commercial Bank (BUS) quarterly financial reports consisting of 12 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) from 2016 to 2018. The data used from these financial reports are reports Profit Sharing Distribution, Financial Position Report, Income Statement, Earning Asset Quality Report and Financial Ratio. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. This study uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews software version 9.5 The results of this study indicate that the Proportion of Third Party Funds (PDPK), Allowance for Earning Asset Losses (PPAP), Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) and Financing Risk (RP) simultaneously affect the Profit Distribution Management (PDM). Meanwhile, partially, the proportion of third party funds (PDPK), operational costs operating income (BOPO) and financing risk (RP) have a significant negative effect on Profit Distribution Management (PDM). Meanwhile, Provision for Earning Asset Losses (PPAP) has no effect on Profit Distribution Management (PDM).

This study was conducted to determine whether the quality of service and the use of the Si-apik application have an effect on tax compliance, and whether there is an effect of tax compliance on tax revenue, and to determine whether the quality of tax services and the use of the Si-apik application affect tax revenue in the city of Yogyakarta. The data used is primary data obtained randomly by distributing questionnaires, with details of the number of questionnaires distributed as many as 110, 106 returned questionnaires, and 100 questionnaires that can be processed and the rest are defective. The data analysis technique was carried out with the t test, R2 test, and path analysis. It was concluded that the quality of service and the use of si-apik applications had an effect on tax compliance. The service quality variable has an effect on tax revenue, while the use of the Si-apik application has no effect on tax revenue. The variable of taxpayer compliance has an effect on tax revenue in the city of Yogyakarta.

This study maps out research related to the development of research trends in digital banking themed papers published by leading journals that have been indexed by Scopus from 1976 to 2021. The analysis focuses on trends in keywords, authors and journals of 873 digital banking themed papers. publication. The results of the scientometric analysis mapping are then studied more deeply to review development strategies related to digital banking that can be adopted by Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive statistical methods and bibliometric analysis using biblioshiny R software to determine bibliometric maps. The flow of economic digitization requires banks to transform in order to maintain their role and position as the main intermediary institution in the financial system as well as the transmission axis of monetary policy. Digital transformation requires banks to be able to adapt the business innovation model used, organizational structure, work culture, and infrastructure they have. Islamic banking is required to be a solution by offering services and innovations through digital channels. The main thing is how to find the right balance between efforts to�optimize opportunities and carry out various digital innovations in an effort to increase market share in the future.
Responsibility accounting is an effective accounting system used to accurately measure and evaluate the activities of responsibility centre managers within a company. It is based on comprehensive information available at each responsibility centre. This study will determine how responsibility accounting should be applied in assessing the performance of cost centre managers at Hotel Biz Manado. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. We used two data collection techniques: interviews and documentation. This study shows that Hotel Biz Manado has successfully implemented responsibility accounting. They have an organisational structure, budget planning, account code classification, and accountability reports. However, they still need to classify controllable and uncontrollable costs in their reports. Overall, Hotel Biz Manado performs well in their cost centre. They excel in their work and planning process, as well as in controlling and realising costs.
Metodologi penelitian bisnis merupakan landasan kerangka kerja yang membimbing langkah-langkah sistematis untuk memahami, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi fenomena bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi menjadi kunci untuk merinci pendekatan yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Beberapa metode populer dalam penelitian bisnis mencakup survei, wawancara, studi kasus, eksperimen, dan analisis statistik. Pemilihan metode tergantung pada sifat pertanyaan penelitian dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Misalnya, studi kasus mungkin cocok untuk memahami konteks unik suatu perusahaan, sementara survei dapat memberikan gambaran umum mengenai persepsi pelanggan terhadap produk atau layanan. Belanja lewat online saat ini bukan hal aneh, karena perkembangan dunia digital yang pesat telah mengantarkan kita kepada situasi serba praktis dan cepat. Dukungan internet sebagai alat yang menghubungkan media digital digunakan tidak saja untuk mencari informasi tetapi juga digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan. Perkembangan teknologi ini telah memberikan kemudahan bagi segala aspek kehidupan, salah satunya kemudahan berbisnis melalui sarana internet atau e-commerce. Pemasaran pada dunia digital dengan menggunakan software marketing automation sudah bisa digunakan sebagai sarana yang efektif untuk mempromosikan produk dan bisnis e-commerce. Tidak begitu sulit jika ingin mendapatkan aplikasi maupun informasi bagaimana cara memasarkan produk dan jasa e-commerce tersebut melalui dunia digital. Perkembangan digital tidak saja di perkotaan akan tetapi sudah sampai ke perdesaan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan e-commerce. Beberapa komoditas yang potensial memasuki pasar ekspor sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dan teknologi digital. Pemasaran kopi arabika dari Aceh Gayo, misalnya, dapat menjadi contoh ketika para pengusaha kopi arabika ingin mendapatkan pembeli potensial dari luar negeri. Para pedagang kopi lokal menggunakan teknologi internet dan komunikasi digital secara otodidak sehingga dapat memasarkan kopi mereka ke para pengusaha di Medan hingga ke manca negara. Komunikasi digital telah mengantarkan masyarakat desa membangun entrepreneurship dalam berbisnis.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance and work motivation, and work involvement in mediating the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance of manufacturing companies in DKI Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis method in this study uses Path Analysis using SmartPLS. The results of the analysis in this study are: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation mediates positively and significantly the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, and (3) work involvement mediates positively and significantly the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Human Resource Management, especially in research on improving employee performance.
Peer review enhances student knowledge acquisition and the ability to meaningfully apply that knowledge. Formative assessment is the source of much of the positive effect of the peer review process. This evaluation investigated the affective experiences of graduate students as they navigated the writing of their research proposals. The authors created a mixed-methods, quasi-experimental, pre-test/posttest, comparison and control group evaluation of a peer review process in a graduate research methods class. Students writing a research proposal reviewed each other's proposals while receiving both formative and summative feedback from their professor. Pretest/posttest findings showed that students experiencing the peer review process reported reduced anxiety and improved scores on an assessment of their experience of the research process. Qualitative findings suggest that the peer review process helped with content mastery and created peer support that reduced assignment-related anxiety. Peer review is recommended as a tool that reduces research anxiety and helps students feel more confident in their abilities, even if they are not enthusiastic about research methods as a topic or a skill. Perhaps unsurprisingly, many graduate students experience considerable stress when required to produce essential pieces of writing to be evaluated in their university coursework (Stewart, Seifert, & Rolheiser, 2015), particularly in a research methods course. This stress has been observed to be experienced unevenly across gender, socioeconomic , and racial groups, with groups identified as diverse, female, and with a low socioeconomic status reporting higher levels of stress than other groups (Davis, 2003). At the same time, suggesting a more sustainable approach to providing feedback, Boud and Molloy (2013) recommended the utilization of peer review that not only provides more feedback, but also enhances a student's ability to critically review his or her own writing and thus lessening the need for constant feedback from professors. Abstrak: Penelitian merupakan aktivitas ilmiah untuk menghasilkan temuan baru dalam berbagai bidang keilmuan. Penelitian merupakan tulang punggung perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian yang baik membutuhkan serangkaian proses yang standar mulai dari tahap analisis masalah, kajian pustaka, penentuan metode penelitian, analisis hasil dan penyimpulan. Salah satu tahapan yang penting diperhatikan dalam penelitian adalah penulisan kajian pustaka yang dibutuhkan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kajian teori dalam penelitian serta prosedur teknis pengutipan dengan menggunakan beberapa gaya pengutipan. Metode penulisan menggunakan studi pustaka dan analisis komparatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa gaya pengutipan seperti APA Style, IEEE Style, Harvard style, Chichago Style dan lain-lain. Penentuan gaya pengutipan didasarkan pada kebijakan tempat publikasi kaya ilmiah. Penulis harus mengenali gaya selingkung yang digunakan pada suatu penerbit.
Abstract: Research is a scientific activity to produce new findings in various scientific fields. Research is the backbone of the development of science and technology. Good research requires a series of standard processes starting from the stage of problem analysis, literature review, determination of research methods, analysis of results and conclusions. One of the important stages to be considered in research is the writing of the required literature review. This paper aims to explain the concept of theoretical studies in research and technical procedures for citation using several citation styles. The writing method uses literature study and comparative analysis. The analysis shows that there are several citing styles such as APA Style, IEEE Style, Harvard style, Chichago Style and others. Determination of citation style is based on the policy of a place of scientific rich publication. The author must recognize the style of environment used in a publisher.

Qualitative research in the health sciences has had to overcome many prejudices and a number of misunderstandings, but today qualitative research is as acceptable as quantitative research designs and is widely funded and published. Writing the proposal of a qualitative study, however, can be a challenging feat, due to the emergent nature of the qualitative research design and the description of the methodology as a process. Even today, many sub-standard proposals at post-graduate evaluation committees and application proposals to be considered for funding are still seen. This problem has led the researcher to develop a framework to guide the qualitative researcher in writing the proposal of a qualitative study based on the following research questions: (i) What is the process of writing a qualitative research proposal? and (ii) What does the structure and layout of a qualitative proposal look like? The purpose of this article is to discuss the process of writing the qualitative research proposal, as well as describe the structure and layout of a qualitative research proposal. The process of writing a qualitative research proposal is discussed with regards to the most important questions that need to be answered in your research proposal with consideration of the guidelines of being practical, being persuasive, making broader links, aiming for crystal clarity and planning before you write. While the structure of the qualitative research proposal is discussed with regards to the key sections of the proposal, namely the cover page, abstract, introduction, review of the literature, research problem and research questions, research purpose and objectives, research paradigm, research design, research method, ethical considerations, dissemination plan, budget and appendices.
A referents scale (single words and short phrases) constructed to measure social attitudes and values was administered to 500 graduate students of education in the United States, 427 mature evening students in Spain, 130 German students, 270 Dutch students, and 685 Dutch adults, a random sample of the Netherlands. The attitudes of the samples were compared by analysis of the means of clusters of referents associated with the factors common to all samples. The means of selected individual referents of social significance were similarly compared across samples. In general, the U.S. student sample and the Netherlands random sample were more conservative than the Spanish, Dutch, and German student samples. On the other hand, the Dutch, Spanish, and American students were more liberal than the Dutch random sample and the German students. The correlations between the profiles of means of referents common to pairs of samples were mostly substantial (average r's of .75 for conservative referents and .62 for liberal referents), indicating considerable cross-cultural agreement in the rank ordering of the referents within the conservative and within the liberal categories, and thus, presumably, common cores of reaction to the two kinds of referents. The use of attitude-value referents, especially in cross-cultural research, was judged valid and useful.
