AR allowed greater participation in the designs and presentations with benefits across understanding, performance, and commitment in these settings. We describe the implementations with an accessible framing of sociotechnical systems and introduce a trope: “See in 3D—Think in 5T.” Companies can use AR to align their talent, technology, and technique to their target and the times.
