... [Show full abstract] and their impact on work-family conflict. The study used a survey instrument to collect data from 245 women entrepreneurs from Tamil Nadu, India. The findings of the study depict that among the demographic variables, the time spent at home had the highest impact on the work-family conflict. The overall findings conclude that lack of spousal support, one of the family related factors is the best predictor of work-family conflict among the various obstacles faced by women entrepreneurs.
