Analysis of cancer survival data and related outcomes is necessary to assess cancer treatment. The survival analysis, although considered a cornerstone of oncology papers, is the weak point for the interpretation of results when used without robust data, without verifying the conditions of usage, and without defining the terminology we are using; leading to missing the real message.
