GOBERNANDO EL FUTURO: Debates actuales sobre Gobierno, Administración y Políticas Públicas

Abstract

Esta obra sintetiza el trabajo de diversos autores y autoras participantes en los ya diez congresos internacionales que, de manera ininterrumpida, ha impulsado desde 2010 la red del Grupo de Investigación en Gobierno, Administración y Políticas Públicas (GIGAPP).

Se trata de un libro para reconocer un espacio de trabajo único en la región, que se ha mantenido con el tiempo y que, desde su origen, ha promovido el encuentro entre referentes en estas materias a nivel Iberoamericano.

Una plataforma de diálogo que ha permitido potenciar debates y aproximaciones en temáticas emergentes, que van desde la innovación pública, el cambio tecnológico, el gobierno abierto, la gobernanza inteligente y la gestión de la complejidad de los asuntos públicos, hasta nuevos enfoques sobre políticas públicas, avances en materia de transparencia y rendición de cuentas, los desafíos de la Agenda 2030 y el desarrollo sostenible, transitando a través de los cambios de paradigma en educación, en la construcción de capital social, participación ciudadana y fomento de la confianza. Este trabajo contiene aportes que contribuyen a generar nuevas reflexiones y puntos de inflexión, para comprender y gestionar mejor un presente cada vez más incierto y volátil, y ayudarnos así a seguir gobernando el futuro.
