There is a more important to conduct studies about the environmental protection problems to understand how it is effects to the brand loyalty of European cosmetics companies specially in Covid-19 pandemic because environmental protection has made a trend in the society which is help customers to identify the best companies. And also this study is aim to search about how European cosmetics major players has success to overcome from the pandemic challenges. Because when cosmetics is not an essential thing to use during the pandemic period. This research is conducting according to the systematic review of using wider range of journal and by reviewing the strong journal articles which covers the research problems such as environmental protection problems, brand loyalty and Covid-19 impact on European cosmetics industry to get most appropriate final outcomes and strong evidence based discussion. As main results of this study, researcher identified the relationship between the brand loyalty and the environmental protection problems, how successful the major European cosmetics players to face the challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. The finding and the discussion of this research is helps to the managers, stakeholder parties of the cosmetics industry and policy makers to identify and understand the better trends and new strategies to reduce environment pollution by using new protection strategies. Also at the same time they can identify the way of gaining their brand loyalty using environmental protection in a positive manner.
