Abstract

Collective work, organized by the GeoLaw Special Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB-SP) , by President Luiz Ugeda and He Nem Kim Seo, clearly and didactically demonstrates the multiple sectoral agents which involve renowned authors and young professionals, from public and private sectors, civil and military, from academia and the market, national and international, all with great precision in their areas and reflecting the importance of regulating art. 21, XV, of the Federal Constitution, in order to provide the country with a Public Policy on Geoinformation.
