Abstract

The overall relevant law in a society is that its provides the rule of law of which business and people country cannot be overlook as they allowed for immeasurable productivity. The scholar and an expert of business law text go far as to say that “ the difference between winning and losing in the world often depends upon the ability to make good choices from a legal perspective “Business as an entity can generally be consider as a separate being from its stakeholders and operators. Experts describe this generally as “corporate personhood”. Legally, businesses has the right to operates in any jurisdiction similar to citizens of a state or individuals and this cannot be violate or infringed. It is often said that business operations perform through its agents such as directors, stakeholders, employees, customers amongst others and can apply its rights or be held liable or guilty in civil or criminal proceedings. The role of business in the society is a complex issue, raising questions at all levels. The new intellectual interest in business law can be emulated in the capacity of literature on different parts of the subject in recent times. In the most relevant area of discourse where business operates, it must first serve the interest of the people and then its own narrow and instantaneous interests in total, and must substantiate where there is no such compulsion on any entity to do anything different especially outside the rules and regulations that exist. This piece of work seeks to contribute specifically to the legal dimensions of the discourse, in contrast to the often-strict economics oriented dimension of traditional business law. It will delve into the knowledge of discourse and some relevant aspect. The purpose is to discuss business law in the perspective of its conceptualization and deduce the diverse view of other scholars. It will further look at business law in pragmatic way in review of other literatures. By so doing, the business law practitioner’s view will be vigorously dealt and well analyzed. In addition, we will look at some features of business law, policies and the strategies of business law and how it works in the business domain
