المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة Leadership Skills of Islamic University Students in Medina

Abstract

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة امتلاك طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية للمهارات القيادية، وكيف تنمي الجامعة هذه المهارات لدى طلابها. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (585) طالب من طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية من جميع الكليات العشر، وجمعت البيانات من خلال استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة، قسمت على (6) محاور، وخلصت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: إن درجة امتلاك طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية للمهارات القيادية الخمس وهي: الاتصال، العمل الجماعي، التخطيط، حل المشكلات، اتخاذ القرار، جاءت بدرجة عالية، حيث أن المتوسط العام هو (م=3.72 من 5 درجات)، ومن حيث ترتيب الكليات جاءت كلية العلوم في المرتبة الأولى (م= 3.93)، وطلاب السنة التحضيرية في المرتبة الأخيرة عند درجة (م= 3.55). أما حيث امتلاك كل مهارة على مستوى طلاب الجامعة عموماً فكانت النتيجة كالتالي: مهارة الاتصال بدرجة عالية عند (م= 3.88)، مهارة العمل الجماعي بدرجة عالية عند (م= 3.85)، مهارة التخطيط بدرجة عالية، عند (م= 3.77)، مهارة حل المشكلات بدرجة عالية عند (م=3.62)، مهارة اتخاذ القرارات بدرجة عالية عند (م=3.49)، كذلك تبين أن مساهمة الجامعة في بناء المهارات القيادية لطلابها جاءت بدرجة عالية عند متوسط حسابي (م= 3.41)، وأخيراً فقد أكد الطلاب استفادتهم من جهود كرسي تنمية مهارات طلاب المنح، وكذلك ممارستهم للعمل القيادي تحت إشراف عمادة شؤون الطلاب.

This study aims to identify the degree to which Islamic University students retain leadership skills, and how the university develops these skills among its students.

The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample included (585) students from all colleges of the Islamic University, and data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of (36) items, divided into (6) themes, and the study concluded the following results: the degrees to which students of the Islamic University possess five leadership skills which are: communication, teamwork, planning, problem solving and decision making were high degrees, as the general mean was (M = 3.72 out of 5 degrees), and in terms of the ranking of colleges, the College of Science came in first rank at (M = 3.93), and preparatory year students were in the last rank at (M = 3.55). As for possessing each skill, the results were as follows: the communication skill came with a highest degree at (M = 3.88), the decision-making skill came in lower level at (M = 3.49). As for the university's contribution to building leadership skills among its students, it came out that it has a high degree with the mean of (M = 3.41), and finally, the students confirmed that they had much benefited from the efforts of the leadership skills development program, provided by “Chair for Scholarship students”, as well as their practice of leadership work under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
