Abstract

Invention relates to light industry, namely to pressing elements intended for wet-heat treatment and forming parts of garments, mainly for lapels of jacket. Ironing element of ironing press cushion includes layers of glass fabric with located between them fixing layers. According to invention layers of glass fabric are laid on each other so that main threads of overlying layer are located at an angle exceeding direction angle of main thread of underlying layer, wherein the adjacent layers of the glass fabric alternate in density, and the fixing layers are made from epoxy resin for impregnating the glass fabric layers to form a multilayer composite material pack.

(57) Abstract:
FIELD: consumer goods industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry,
namely to pressing elements intended for wet-heat
treatment and forming parts of garments, mainly for
lapels of jacket. Ironing element of ironing press
cushion includes layers of glass fabric with located
between them fixing layers. According to invention
layers of glass fabric are laid on each other so that main
threads of overlying layer are located at an angle
exceeding direction angle of main thread of underlying
layer, wherein the adjacent layers of the glass fabric
alternate in density, and the fixing layers are made from
epoxy resin for impregnating the glass fabric layers to
form a multilayer composite material pack.
EFFECT: high strength of the ironing element by
increasing resistance to bending.
