Abstract
Recently, the using of electronic based institutes as a part of government has been increased sharply.
This is for numerous reasons related to the flexibility and extendibility in addition to the accuracy and time
saving. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) becomes prevalent in all institutions and firms
due to its high efficiency that could meet work requirement. In this paper, a website based HRMS has been
proposed to manage the employee's information in terms of different activities, such as promotions, salary
and registration. The proposed system consists of two main parts: a website design as a Graphical User
Interface (GUI) and a database.
The obtained results show that the proposed system has achieved a high performance and significant
efficiency in terms of managing and storing the considered information.

I. INTRODUCTION
Normally, the companies and institutes either
inside the government system or inside the private
section aim to find out a new approach for
satisfying their requirement in economy and
efficient way. This is the main reason behind
adopting the electronic applications in terms of
website and windows. Human Resources
Management System is one of the important parts
in the electronic approach that uses web
applications designed using (PHP, MySQL,
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS). HRMS could be used
in institutions and companies to organize and
arrange the personnel files as well as the managing
and organizing of the employees' salaries and
undergone updates during the year. The HR
systems have been considered previously in various
research projects because of its substantial role and
important. In [1], authors affirmed the need to
standardize the research process, especially in the
field of Human Resources (HR).Researchers
needed to develop a process in which development
of questionnaire, administration of questionnaire
and structuring of comparable measures should
follow the same way. Results of such a research
could not be generalized without a process which is
close to uniformity. In [2], author asserted that HR
represented the greatest potential competitive
advantage of companies. The condition of the
materialization of this prerequisite is an effective
management of human resources, i.e. careful
planning, organizing, leading and controlling. In [3],
authors proved that High Commitment Work
Systems (HCWS) are the systems that create
employee commitment and includes the HR
practices like employee participation, inside
promotion, team rewarding, profit sharing, training
and gain and job security. In[4],authors affirmed
that the technological advancement can be the most
challenge for the future of HRM due to one way of
communication it will often create artificial
distance between individuals and organizations [5].

2. THE PROPOSED ALGORITHM
The proposed algorithm considers the HR
and the other for repository of employee’s
data in the database. The HR system part
consists of five major processes as indicated
in the Figure (1). These processes are:
Employees: This process is used to add,
update, delete and search for a specific
employee.
Promotions: This process is used to
perform the activities of adding, updating
and searching of a promotion for a
specific employee.
Thanks: This process is utilized for doing
the actions related to thanks and awards
including adding, updating and searching
for a specific employee.
Vacations: This process is performing
add, update and search activities of
vacation for a specific employee.
Salary: This process is so critical and
fateful, in this process we add allocation
and presumption for a specific employee.
Depending on these two factors, the salary
is calculated for a specific employee or
for all employees.

3. RESULTS
In order to test the proposed system,
different activities can be performed. As mentioned
earlier, the web pages have been designed using
PHP, CSS and scripting with Java. The considered
database is built utilizing MySQL server.
As the proposed system includes numerous
activities belong to the main HR required actions,
the salary side has been adopted due to the
limitation in paper number. The proposed system is
tested by adding allocations and presumptions for
each employee and depending on these two factors
we can calculate salary for a specific employee or
for all employees. Figure (2) shows salary
calculation page.

The procedure of calculating and searching for
salary can be summarized in the next steps as:
When the user clicks on Calculate button
as showed in Figure(2),the required
information about each employee and
salary are calculated, as indicated in
Figure(3),using the considered equation
of the salary evaluation.

The purpose is to strengthen Human Resources Management (HRM) through information management using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. First, the selection criteria of the applicant’s resume during recruitment and the formulation standards of the contract salary are analyzed. Then, the resume information is extracted and converted into the data-type format. Besides, the salary forecast model in the HRM system (HRMS) is designed based on the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN), and network structure, parameter initialization, and activation function of the BPNN are selected and optimized. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm optimized by the Nadm has shown improved convergence speed and forecast effect, with 187 iterations. Moreover, compared with other regression algorithms, the designed algorithm achieves the best test scores. The above results can provide references for designing the AI-based HRMS.

... Many scholars believe that most underlying codes require technologically advanced frameworks to develop the system. Jawad et al. (2020) pointed out that each research and development (R&D) organization has its R&D framework, such as Spring management framework, Hibernate framework, and Web development framework. Due to the different goals to be achieved by HRMS, combining each different architecture was necessary to implement functions of HRMS in different environments (Jawad 2020). ...

Nowadays, all enterprises have adopted the means of informatization for enterprise management to adapt to the development of society. With the advent of the information age, enterprise transformation has become an inevitable trend. The management efficiency of enterprises is effectively improved, and the optimal scheduling and efficient management of personnel are realized to design and develop a human resource management (HRM) information system to meet the actual needs of enterprises. By studying the current problems of intelligent enterprise system and HRM information system, based on Java programming language, spring model–view–controller (MVC) web application system is combined with browser/server (B/S) framework, and construction is realized on an intelligent enterprise HRM information system. Aiming at the complexity of enterprise HRM, the meta-heuristic algorithm is adopted to optimize the human resource optimization scheduling module. Through the specific example data, the system implementation and model performance comparison experiments are carried out to further verify the effectiveness of the intelligent enterprise HRM information system proposed here. The results show that the HRM information system based on intelligent enterprise system realizes the effective collection and sorting of data, the running system meets the expected research objectives, and different modules can effectively perform specific functions; the algorithm based on meta-heuristic can realize the reasonable scheduling of personnel, and its model performance is significantly higher than the latest algorithm model. With the continuous increase in the number of events, what is improved is the optimal solution ability of the algorithm. Moreover, it decreases with the increase in the number of iterations, converging around 80 times, and the optimization efficiency reaches 86.35%; the system can find the optimal solution in a shorter time under the same number of iterations. Besides, after the system clustering, the accuracy of employee performance reaches 92%. The intellectualization of enterprise HRM greatly improves the office efficiency.

In recent years, information technology has had a profound effect on human resources (HR) processes and practices. However, relatively little research has examined its effectiveness, and most of the existing studies have not assessed the degree to which these new systems enable organizations to reach their HR goals of attracting, motivating and retaining employees. One reason for this is that there are a number of limitations associated with current systems including the fact that they: (a) use one way communication systems, (b) are impersonal and passive, (c) do not always allow for interpersonal interaction, and (d) often create an artificial distance between individuals and organizations. Thus, the primary purposes of the present article are to review the current effects of technology on HR processes, consider the existing literature on the topic, and discuss the advantages and potential limitations of using these systems. In addition, we offer directions for future research and practice on using technology to facilitate HR processes.

This study uses 3-level, 2-wave time-lagged data from a random sample of 55 high-technology firms, 238 teams, and 1,059 individuals in China to investigate a multilevel combinational model of employee creativity. First, we hypothesize that firm (macrolevel) high-commitment work systems are conducive to individual (microlevel) creativity. Furthermore, we hypothesize that this positive crosslevel main impact may be combined with middle-level (mesolevel) factors, including team cohesion and team task complexity, such that the positive impact of firm high-commitment work systems on individual creativity is stronger when team cohesion is high and the team task more complex. The findings from random coefficient modeling analyses provide support for our hypotheses. These sets of results offer novel insight into how firms can use macrolevel and mesolevel contextual variables in a systematic manner to promote employee creativity in the workplace, despite its complex nature. The “Cranfield Project on International Strategic Human Resource Management” (Cranet) is an international research network which regularly conducts a survey of human resource management (HRM) issues in more than 40 countries. As a result, Cranet provides rich data on the institutionalization, practices, and organizational characteristics of HRM. Whereas scholars in other research fields (e.g., organizational behavior and marketing) have intensively discussed scientific standards for cross-national and cross-cultural studies, a more comprehensive discussion on the subject in the HRM field is necessary. The present article discusses four methodological challenges of comparative research (i.e., survey administration, sampling strategies and non-response bias, equivalence of constructs and measurement, and analytical techniques) and illustrates these issues based on the design and methodology of the Cranet project.
