Nowadays, online media are one way that allows people to receive various information. Especially, for tourism promotion which is presented in the form of images or 3D models. These kinds of media have a great influence on tourist interesting and decision about each tourist attraction. The purpose of this research is divided into 3 parts: (1) to study how to photograph a bird's-eye view with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone (2) to taking a High-angle image for create a tourist attraction model in the form of 3D images and (3) to evaluate the performance of 3D public relations media with bird eye view shooting techniques through unmanned aircraft technology from an expert and evaluating the satisfactionwith this public relations media from the Provincial Tourism and Sports Office
Staffs and tourists who used this media in order to improve the ability to publicize tourist
attractions.From the evaluation results of the application performance by experts, it was
found that the overall performance was at the high level with the mean of 3.80.When
considering in each aspect, it was found that the shape of tourist attractions was at the high level at the average of 3.86 (S.D. = 0.65).The surface aspect of the model was at a high level at the mean of 3.53 (S.D. = 0.60) and the benefits and applications were at the high level at the average of 4.03 (S.D. = 0.60).
