Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and understanding to students and the school towards the potential and dangers of hate speech through social media. It is hoped that through this activity encourage school students to avoid and combat the behavior of speech utterances especially on social media. The activity method is Participatory Learning and Action which emphasizes socialization, discussion and training and digital literacy education. The results of the “Room of Law” activities in this service show that students' knowledge is still weak about the utterances of hate in social media and the threat of punishment resulting from acts of hate speech. This service is still being carried out to create Agent of Against Hate Speech through training and education for Training of Train students.

The activity was motivated by the many reports of bullying cases carried out between students and teachers and students in the school. The school should be a safe and comfortable place for students to study. So that the behavior of students who cross the line and lead to acts against the law in the form of bullying is very worrying. This concern is very justified considering the negative impact caused by physical, verbal, psychological and virtual bullying on social media. Therefore, legal counseling is needed regarding the dangers and legal threats to the behavior of acts of bullying and the handling of acts of bullying using restorative justice methods. This activity is carried out using a participatory learning and action model through lectures, discussions, accompanied by actions against bullying behavior. The results of this activity indicate that there are similarities in the goals and expectations of the school as the purpose of this activity regarding education and handling of bullying behavior in schools. Schools want the settlement of cases in schools to be avoided from legal threats by replacing using a restorative approach as the school's function is to educate children.

The introduction of law for community is held with aim to sharing knowledge and understanding of law. The target of the law introduction activities are junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) with based on data and fact about violence between students in schools. With sharing knowledge activities is hoped to through law introduction will be able to increase the sense of tudents responsibility and avoid the violent behaviour among the students. The method of implementing activities uses the participatory learning and action model by interactive discussions with students. From a series activities carried out gives the result with a very high about acts of violence by students. With a purposive sampling method give the result of questionnaire showed 55% of students had been victims of violence and 77% of students has seen violent behaviour in others. Therefore, the introduction of law will continue to be carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of law among the students.

Pancasila is the philosophy of the Indonesian State as an idiil foundation of Indonesia people. As a State of law, Indonesia has actualized Pancasila in the State's legal system which is the basis for actuallity and achieving the ideals of the nation. The actualization of Pancasila is not sufficiently implemented in the legal order of the State, but must be actualized to each individual as a citizen of the soul value of Pancasila. Social media as a forum to actualize Pancasila for every Indonesian citizen. Through the sociology of communication approach, the actualization of Pancasila through social media can move and foster harmonization in social relations in accordance with the values of Pancasila.
