Self-Effacing Leadership in Digital Era
Abstract
In the present day digital environment, it is inevitable for the changes in every
sphere of life. The nature of leadership is changing in today’s dynamic and
fast-paced organizations. Self-effacing leadership has been thriving in the
present day digital environment. This paper discusses the self-efficacy and the
leadership style. Further assess the five big leadership ideas, proposes sources
of self-efficacy and offers five prescriptions for leadership improvement.
