متطلبات تطبيق التعلم الالكتروني من وجهة نظر تدريسيي كلية التربية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات

Abstract

هدف البحث التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق التعلم الالكتروني من وجهة نظر تدريسيي كلية التربية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات. اذ تكونت عينة البحث من (29) تدريسي وتدريسية من تدريسيي كلية التربية للعام الدراسي(2012- 2013) م، تم اختيارهم قصدياً من قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية وقسم الحاسوب في كلية التربية جامعة الموصل . ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعد الباحثان استبانة تضمنت احدى وأربعون فقرة موزعة على وفق اربعة مجالات (مجال مرتبط بإدارة بيئة التعلم الالكتروني، مجال مرتبط بالمتعلم، مجال مرتبط بعضو هيئة التدريس ، ومجال مرتبط بالمحتوى الدراسي) خماسية البدائل، متطلب بدرجة (كبيرة جداً، كبيرة ، متوسطة ، قليلة، قليلة جداً) وقد تحقق الباحثان من صدقها وثباتها ثم طبقاها على أفراد العينة الرئيسة . وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها احصائياً باستخدام الوسط المرجح والوزن النسبي والاختبار الزائي للنسب دلت النتائج الى :
 تقارب وجهات نظر تدريسيي كلية التربية وإجماعهم على كون المتطلبات جميعها ضرورية لتطبيق التعلم الالكتروني ولا يمكن الاستغناء عنها على حد سواء تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور ، إناث) ومتغير التخصص (علمي، إنساني) .
 عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين وجهات نظر التدريسيين تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور،إناث) ومتغير التخصص(علمي، إنساني) على حد سواء من حيث متطلبات تطبيق التعلم الالكتروني للمجالات الاربعة.
وفي ضوء ذلك قدم الباحثان عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية مكملة للبحث الحالي

Research aims to identify the requirements of the application of e-learning at the University of Mosul, from the standpoint teachers of the College of Education and its relationship with some variables. The research sample consisted of (29) teachers of the College of Education for the academic year (2012/2013), been selected Deliberate the Department of Educational Sciences, psychological and Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Education, University of Mosul. To achieve the objective of this research promising researchers questionnaire included a forty-one paragraph distributed according to the four areas (the management environment of e-learning, associated with the learner, associated with a member of faculty, and the linked content academic) five alternatives, requirement degree (very large, large, medium , a few, very few) researchers has been achieved sincerity and persistence then applied on the main sample home. After collecting and analyzing data statistically using the weighted average and the relative weight and (Z) testing, the results indicated proportions to:
 There is a convergence in the rates of the requirements of the application of e-learning among members of the research sample depending on the variables of gender (male, female). And, A variation in the proportions of the requirements of the application of e-learning among members of the research sample variable depending on the specialization (scientific, humane).
 There is no statistically significant difference between the views of the Masters variable depending on sex (male, female) and a variable specialization (scientific, humanitarian) in terms of the application of e-learning requirements of the four areas.
In light of this the researchers presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for future studies complementary to the current search
