Illustrated book that accompanies the documentary Irioweniasi. The Hilo de la Luna result of the project "Trafficking in persons, integral health and care: cross-border women in transit from Morocco to Andalusia". It addresses the migration of young people and Nigerian women who, in their migratory journey, they are linked to a network of trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation in Europe. It represents a coral story built from fragments of stories of several women and with a common thread from one of them. At the end of the book there are some theoretical clues about Nigeria, the migratory path and reality in Spain.

This article is part of an ongoing research about the trafficking of sub-Saharan women, specifically Nigerians, in transit from Morocco to Andalusia. From her speech, we can observe key indicators that would place it within the category “victim of trafficking in human beings”. However, in this article we show how the analysis of the discourse itself also offers other types of fundamental indicators in the women’s agency, which are often invisible, such as indicators of resilience.

In the 1980s, the Southern Frontier of Spain became one of the southern borders of the European Union after Spain entered into the European Economic Community (EEC). This paper has a double objective: to describe the action research developed in the Center for the Temporary Residence of Immigrants in Ceuta and to analyze 49 biographical interviews with women residents of the Center within the framework of said action research. The results show the diversity of situations of vulnerability in which migrant women can find themselves in this border context. Hence, it is important to rethink the intervention to avoid secondary victimization within critical and humanistic models of intervention. This work, precisely, addresses the design of a tool for biographical narratives from the perspectives of integral health and care.
