Abstract and Figures

The governance of migratory flows, understood as a system of co-management co-responsibility between institutional and private, political and social actors with respect to their identity and occupational health is addressed in the present non-experimental, exploratory and cross-sectional work with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 147 former migrants from central Mexico. From a structural model seven factors were established regarding framing, demands, resources, risks, opportunities, capabilities and employment. Based on the literature consulted, the limits, scope and lines of research aimed at deepening the effects of the variables and factors in an intercultural scenario are noticed.

... However, the determinants of welfare have not been linked to the effects of systematic dissemination of news concerning shortages, shortages, tariffs, conflict and participation relating to drinking water. [5] The theory of agenda welfare, unlike the induced welfare and lifestyles, says that the media disseminate and establish welfare issues if they agree to the construction of a media, civil, political and social agenda. In this regard, studies of systematic dissemination of an agenda whose themes are shortages, food shortages, tariffs, conflicts and saving water on the opinions of hearings have shown; ...

Background: Theoretical, conceptual and empirical frameworks warn welfare; the impact of environmental, interpersonal and subjective factors; intrapersonal dimensions such as; optimism, commitment, meaning, positivity and achievement as indicators reflecting welfare; t he association between intra and inter factors such as altruism, affinity, au sterity or cooperation. Objective: Specify a model of relations between welfare dependency reflective, its dimensions and indicators. Method: Documental study with a selection of sources repositories indexed in Latin America considering the variables of global, national and local context. Results: The specified model included two hypotheses concerning intra and inter-dimensional inflicted b y t he a lleged c orrelations between affinity, commitment, optimism, achievement, austerity, positivity, altruism and cooperation. Discussion: Under the studies of welfare have not addressed the influence of the media in establishing an agenda supply and water rates, it is necessary to include the variable hyperopia, need for information and helplessness in a comprehensive model that explains scenarios public policies, conflict and welfare.

Two non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory studies were carried out with non-probabilistic samples from former migrants. In the first study, the reliability and validity of an instrument that measures labor perceptions was established for a second study to contrast a model. The results show that the job search factor is determined by the perception of framing of information related to employment opportunities, occupational risks and personal abilities. The findings are discussed based on the variables that the literature identifies as determinants of the job search and its inclusion in a local scenario of reintegration of returned ex-migrants to their place of origin is suggested.

The objective of the present work was to specify a model for the study of work stress, considering a review of the literature that emphasizes three components related to exhaustion, neglect and frustration. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with a selection of 100 workers from a public hospital, considering their working hours, as well as their seniority. A structural equation model was established in which exhaustion was the hegemonic component that explained the highest percentage of variance with 27%, although the research design limited the results to the research scenario, suggesting its extension to another. context.

In the context of sustainable development, governance of water resources turns out to be a management model that would include factors relating to beliefs, attitudes, values, norms, perceptions, skills, knowledge, decisions and actions oriented water availability and consumption 200 standard liters per day. However, studies on the psychology of sustainability warn that availability is not only mediated cognitive dimensions, but are also determined by the relationship between local authorities and users of municipal services. In this sense, the present work is proposed to specify the relationship between cognitive factors to establish a model for the study of policies tandem as an effect of the surrounding information in the media about drought, natural disasters, environmental disasters or water conflicts. To this end, a review was conducted in databases with registration ISBN and DOI considering the above constructs. Referring to the state of knowledge, the model specification was discussed

The discussion and specification of a model for the study of reproductive choice was the objective of this paper. A documentary study was carried out with an intentional selection of sources indexed to Academia, Copernicus, Dialnet, Ebsco, Latindex, Publindex, Redalyc, Scielo, Scopus, WoS, Zenodo and Zotero from 1961 to 2020. The relationship between the calculation of costs and benefits with risk behaviors was established, although the research design limited the discussion with the literature consulted, suggesting the extension of the work to the revision of its dimensions; incommensurability, unpredictability and uncontrollability.

This was the birth of the so-called "junk consultation" that leads to countless complains from users (our patients) who are rushed inside a world of unnecessary tests, studies, and procedures that have an excessive, and in most countries, unsustainable cost for the healthcare system. The irony is that by improving life expectancy we end up having more old patients who, on many occasions, suffer from loneliness and grief. With today's medical approach, doctors simply cannot bring any remedies to them. Instead, nearness is needed here to examine the natural condition of man and be able to develop our profession fully by offering that lenitive as part of the medical prescription. Ms. Ellen Trane Nørby, secretary of health in Denmark, one of the highest ranking countries in effective healthcare systems worldwide has said: "Something must be wrong in Denmark when we're spending 50% of the healthcare budget in the last 90 days of a human life to delay the inevitable in just a few weeks."2 Abandonment, sadness, and isolation in old patients who live in developed countries generates astronomical costs at the ER when they are actually looking for social support. An article published on The New York Times3 has brought the program Element Care-non lucrative and for old adults-to everyone's attention. This program provides those elderly who are eligible with one tablet with a software and a virtual pet that interacts with them, talks to them about sports and pastimes, brain was performed and demonstrated a hypodense area of the left upper parietal centrum semiovale [Fig 1]. A subsequent magnetic resonance imaging scan of the brain showed a large space-occupying lesion at the left parietal area [fig 2-7]. Abstarct The objective of this work was to establish the meta-analytic validity of the Intellectual Capital Scale. A systematic, retrospective, documentary study was carried out with a selection of sources indexed to international repositories, considering the period from 2010 to 2020, as well as the search by keywords. The null hypothesis contrast was established, which warns the validity of the dimensions; trust, commitment, entrepreneurship and innovation, although the literature also reports factors such as cognitivism, satisfaction and competitiveness, suggesting the extension of work to the comparison of these dimensions. Results are discussed considering the covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

The objective of this work was to contrast a governance strategy model to influence consensus expectations in the face of the return to classes interrupted by the pandemic at a public university in central Mexico. The political system in which it is possible to observe the similarities and differences between groups for and against presidential candidates based on processes of negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration around the management and administration of Information Technologies and Communication is known as governance. This REVISTA DE LA FACULTAD DE DERECHO Y CIENCIAS POLÍTICAS ISSN: 2390-0016 (En línea) / Vol. 52 / No. 136 enero-junio 2022 / Medellín, Colombia is a growing phenomenon as local or federal elections approach and digital networks are exacerbated as instruments for the promotion or dissuasion of a candidate. In this sense, the objective of the present study was to explore the relationship between preferences and expectations regarding voting intentions in a non-probabilistic sample of students using digital networks. From a structural model it was found that the consensus expectation factor determined the intentions to vote. The scope and limits of the exploratory factor analysis of main axes with a simple and oblique Promax rotation regarding the confirmation of an orthogonal structure are discussed.

Abstract Grossly, the migratory identity is a construct that the consulted literature has established to explain the difference between the labor force and entrepreneurial flows. Such a distinction not only affects the local development and the quality of life of the expelling country as a recipient, but also makes it possible to anticipate entrepreneurial scenarios in the place of origin. This would be so because the migrant identity is guided by a labor training that the shore to accumulate a patrimony, which will symbolize and distinguish the migrant group with respect to those who are attached to their community. A documentary study was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of informative sources from 1997 to 2019, processed based on the Delphi technique. There are lines of discussion regarding social entrepreneurship as a result of the conversion of the labor force into a migratory flow.

This paper investigates Granovetter's “strength of weak ties” hypothesis in an informal African urban economy. It outlines an approach articulated around the reticular embeddedness conceptual framework associated with the notion of “ego-centred network.” The content of ties in an entrepreneur's network is described by three salient dimensions: strength, social role and exchanged resources. We use an original dataset collected in the informal economy of Bobo-Dioulasso (Burkina Faso) to evaluate how the content and strength of ties influence entrepreneurs' economic outcomes. The instrument of multiple name generators provides a vast amount of information that can be used to compute quantitative measures of the composition of networks. We show that both strength of ties and proportion of business ties have a significant positive impact on economic outcomes. It reveals the importance for small urban informal entrepreneurs to draw on both embedded social relations and more autonomous ones.
