Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru dan Minat Belajar Siswa
Abstract
The purpose of education will not be realized without the presence of successful educators in the ongoing education process. One important teacher skill means communication skills. This is the reason for the researchers about MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat. In this study, researchers used a correlational analysis method, by studying quantitative. Data collection tools include: interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. This questionnaire distribution technique uses random sampling techniques. When processing the data after the data from the questionnaire was obtained, the researcher used the moment r 'formula as the product. The results showed there was an interaction or positive between teacher and student interpersonal communication (Variable X) with student interest in learning (Variable Y) in the subjects of Islamic Cultural History.

Communication between teachers and students is a determining factor for students' success in understanding the material presented in class. Devotion is carried out to provide knowledge to teachers about teacher interpersonal communication techniques in providing material with the aim that the learning process takes place interactively and the material is conveyed appropriately. The service method is carried out using a one-day seminar approach which is carried out face to face to 36 teachers at Rahmania Islamic School Tangerang Selatan with the observation stage, making permits, preparing materials and conducting seminars. The results of the dedication show: the seminar was attended by all teachers running successfully and smoothly. The seminar was carried out with an opening by giving an appeal by the school owner, giving material pride to be a teacher, discussion part 1, giving interpersonal communication material to teachers, discussion part 2, interpersonal effective communication and positif language practices and ending with thanksgiving and prayer

p> Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of online learning students’ written mathematical communication in solving problems about curved three dimensional objects. The problem given is a contextual problem and delivered online to 2 students in Bimbingan Belajar Gracia in 9<sup>th</sup> grade. The indicator is adapted from previous research and is using QCAI criteria. The result shows that one of two students can respond clearly and state verbal sentence to mathematical expression. Both students are less able to communicate their mathematical thinking to others and haven’t been able to give argumentation to support their answer.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil komunikasi matematis tulis siswa pembelajaran daring dalam memecahkan masalah bangun ruang sisi lengkung. Masalah yang diberikan merupakan soal cerita kontekstual yang terdiri dari satu butir soal dan diberikan secara daring kepada 2 siswa les daring kelas IX Bimbingan Belajar Gracia. Indikator yang dipakai merupakan adaptasi dari beberapa indikator dari penelitian terdahulu dan menggunakan kriteria QCAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan satu dari dua siswa sudah dapat merespon dengan jelas dan menyatakan kalimat biasa menjadi kalimat matematika. Kedua siswa kurang dapat mengkomunikasikan gagasan secara efektif kepada orang lain, serta kedua siswa belum dapat memberikan argumen pendukung jawaban.

Communication is a direct or indirect contact relationship between humans, be it individuals or groups. Interpersonal communication in the foundation between educators and students is an important element for knowing moral development. Every educator, has a special method for teaching and caring for students. The aim of this study was to describe the pattern of interpersonal communication between educators and students in moral development and to describe the relationship between educators and students after using the pattern interpersonal communication at MTS Tahfidzul Qur’an Nurul Azmi in Martubung. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation through educators and students. The results of research conducted at MTS Tahfidzul Qur’an Nurul Azmi Martubung showed that interpersonal communication between educators and students during the moral development process went very well.
