Abstract

This study aims for (1) characterising female early adopters, (2) identifies the attitudes towards sustainable transport of urban women in contrast to men, (3) identifies potential obstacles and advantages of free-floating car-sharing of urban women to (4) provide practical measures to promote FFECS for urban women as an additional part of multi- and intermodal, sustainable urban transport as an alternative to private car ownership.
