Building the future
AI for Boosting jobs and skills
Tackling high unemployment is one of the most pressing challenges facing the
governments across the world. Artificial intelligence is likely to change how
every job is performed, eliminating work related to repetitive tasks
but increasing the need for creative thinkers, according to a new study. Workers who
only develop hard skills can be more easily replaced by artificial intelligence but
people with right soft skill will get much better job. Stability of the economy is the
key to job markets. The integrity of businesses, markets and governments is central
to the vitality and stability of economies.
In terms of jobs, women, are too in a disadvantages position. On average, women
still earn 25% less than men, only about one-fifth of managerial posts are held by a
woman, and many more women work in part-time jobs than men. As women are
more inclined to soft skill based job, with AI they have much better job
opportunities. We need to facilitate mobility of workers and make it easier from
them to move from declining to expanding sectors, and from one place to another.
We need to develop societies in which diversity is an asset, rather than a hindrance,
and to improve facilities so that women dont have to face an either/or choice
between employment and having a family. We need a better work/life balance so
that all of us can achieve more creative, productive and fulfilling lives.
AI in addition to creating new jobs, can also destroy existing jobs. Rather than
standing in the way of progress, our response is to encourage societies to gain the
maximum from the opportunities that advances AI can bring.
Our goal is to train more people, particularly the people of the weaker sections, on
soft technologies so that they can thrive with new AI technologies.

In this paper, we review the state of research on social, ethical and compassionate robots using deep learning and Amit Ray's deep compassion algorithms. We start by giving an introduction to deep learning and deep compassion, the reasoning behind its application in artificial intelligence (AI), and to the various robotics architectures This article discusses the state-of-the-art findings, current challenges and future directions in building neuroscience, and psychology inspired compassionate and social ethical robots. Saint Amit Ray defined a social compassionate robot as an autonomous physical agent that interacts with humans in social context like a human, on all fronts of emotions, intelligence, compassion and creativity. Ray's theory of deep-compassion algorithms, and compassionate artificial intelligence frameworks are becoming the core components of modern Artificial intelligence and social robot design. Designing compassionate agents that can have the ability to think and act compassionately like a human, is core issues of building compassionate social and ethical robots [3]. Our findings show the role deep compassion and deep learning architectures will play to design social robots to help humanity in crisis situations like COVID-19. Critical questions are explored from multidisciplinary perspectives. The article centered on four core themes of building ethical social robots: technical solutions, psychological issues, development of emotions and compassion in robots, and ethical implications of compassionate social robots.

In this paper, we explore a very different account of cognitive neuropsychology model for brain and behavior, based on Saint Amit Ray's theory of 114-chakra system. Ray's 114-chakra brain-body-behavior framework is now applicable to neuroscience, and it provides neuropsychologists an alternative conceptual framework for describing human behavior and the neural processing inside the brain. It can represent more adequately for validating and modeling the growing number of empirical neuroimaging studies of brain and behavior models. Now, the availability of large-scale samples of neuroimaging and phenotypical data provide an opportunity to verify the validity of the model in real life situations. The Amit Ray's 114-chakra models of brain and behavior could, in principle help to lead the way to a new theory of neuropsychology that could renovate the serious psychological issues. Ray's model proceeded in two ways. The first is the model construction, which is done in the top-down approach and then the validity of the model is done by bottom-up approach. Regarding the locations of the 114 chakras Sri Amit Ray expressed, "The 114 chakras are the divine connection points to the cosmos. A few of the 114 chakras are located in the junction points and most of the key chakras are located in the hormonal and neurotransmitter pathways, cellular signaling points and in the five primary axes - HPA axis, HPG axis, HPT axis, RAAS axis, and the brain-gut axis." It demonstrates how dynamic interactions between biological neurons, immune molecules in the brain, brain defects, and sensory inputs can predict the human behavior. This emerging literature suggests the usefulness of this novel concept. He developed a dense framework of 114 hierarchal chakra system for human brain-body-behavior and consciousness incorporating neuropsychology, neuroscience and molecular biology. It provides a stronger and more comprehensive model that is concerned with how the brain chakras and the rest of the body chakra system can influence a person's cognition, emotions and behaviors.

This article explores consciousness, in the light of Saint Amit Ray's theory of Quantum Attention Functions (QAFs). QAF framework is now applicable to neuroscience, and it provides quantum physicists, neuroscientists, AI scientists, and psychologists an alternative conceptual framework for describing consciousness and the neural processing inside the brain. It can represent more adequately for validating and modeling the growing number of empirical neuroimaging studies of brain and consciousness. The Amit Ray's QAF models of consciousness could, in principle help to lead the way to a new theory of physics that could renovate the serious issues in quantum mechanics. Ray's notion of quantum attention function in the brain broadly fits into this emerging field of quantum biology, quantum neuroscience, neuropsychology and quantum machine learning. He has developed a dense framework of quantum consciousness, incorporating quantum physics, neuropsychology, neuroscience and biology. Quantum coherence, quantum entanglement, quantum superposition and wave function collapse are the key components of the QAF model of quantum consciousness. It provides a stronger and more comprehensive view of quantum consciousness, brain and qualia.
