Abstract

Vegetable farming is the growing of vegetables for human consumption. The most humble family vegetable garden, NNM Fresh and organic farm are today a one acre working farm with over 10 varieties of vegetables. NNM first turned to the vegetable garden for money saving and economic reasons. We are family vegetable patch into a thriving certified organic produce business. Marketing can be done locally in farmer's markets, traditional markets or pick-your-own operations, or farmers can contract their whole crops to wholesalers, canners or retailers but first trail production on my relatives and neighborhoods.
