Abstract

The huge spike in atmospheric CO2 from 300 ppm to 413 ppm has no other possible cause besides human activity. The only reason that the Earth is hundreds of degrees hotter than the Moon (at night) is the greenhouse effect of Earth's atmosphere. Combining these two basic facts proves beyond doubt that human CO2 emissions are causing the Earth to heat up.

According to the Shakun et al. data, approximately 7% of the overall glacial-interglacial global
temperature increase occurred before the CO2 rise, whereas 93% of the global warming
followed the CO2 increase.

I finally wrote a C++ program that compared every ice core sample to every other ice core
sample to determine the fastest rate of CO2 increase in the whole 800,000 year ice core.

Comparing the ice core rates of CO2 increase to the rate of CO2 increase since 1959
shows that the current 98 PPM spike took only 60 years the prior 98 PPM spike took
7537 years: 126 times faster than in the last 800,000 years !

CO2 climate sensitivity
The climate sensitivity logarithmic causative relation between increases of CO2 and increases
in global temperatures is an additional elaboration of the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse
effect is the only reason that the Earth is warmer than the Moon.
