Pre-post intervention measures included: Positive and Negative
Affect Schedule (PANAS); Utrecht Work Engagement Scale;
Self-efficacy Scale Perceived in Complex Problem Management;
and Occupational Resilience Assets Questionnaire (ORA-Q).
Interviews and focus groups were also conducted to collect
qualitative data about participants satisfaction. The t-test for
paired data did not reveal significant differences; however, there
was an almost significant improvement in resilience (ORA-Q)
dimensions [t=1.868; p=0.07] and emotional maturity, relative to
the Perceived Self-efficacy Scale [t=-1.757 p=0.08], to be
interpreted in the light of the low statistical power (0.4).
