linear flow model to a crude oil gathering system, (2) to investigate
the operation of a multi-berth oil terminal so as to determine a
reasonable arrival rate for the tankers, number of berths necessary
under existing conditions and the queues at the berths, and (3) to
determine an optimal inventory policy for the storage-export
