Abstract

We are living in a time of rapid technological transformation affecting many facets of our lives including social and economic structures. The ability to adapt and master new skills will be the defining skill of our age. There is a growing need in understanding and acquiring skills that will enable both the creation of new businesses and startups, and innovation within existing organizations. Can we teach entrepreneurship? The answer is yes. Entrepreneurship education will need to play a fundamental role in transforming societies worldwide, by providing the tools and the tactics to gain an edge in this competitive world. This panel will discuss, through case studies from three different institutions, innovative paradigms of entrepreneurship education within academia.
