Abstract

Operation status identification of the electrical appliances is an important aspect in the research area of the load disaggregation. In order to overcome the limited information of the power signal by low frequency sampling, the energy consumption signals are selected to help identify the operation status of the electrical appliances. The trend of the power curve between the sampling points is estimated based on the sampling data of the energy consumption. Then the active power sampling signal of the load is reconstructed. Combined with people's behavior characteristics of energy consumption, some constraints of the operation of electrical equipment are established. Furthermore, the reconstructed data are decomposed by integer programming. The numerical simulation results show that compared with the algorithm without considering energy consumption signals, the proposed method can effectively expose the switching action of the device in the sampling interval, which is more effective than the existing method.
