... In recent scientific books, the following is expressed: "Nowadays, human beings using the Intel brain chip voluntarily seem unlikely...it could probably have applications for people like the quadriplegics. "32 For that reason, for a person to be part of the almost amazing transhumanist experiments like that of brain fusion so promoted by them, recent research provides evidence that transnational technology companies would be resorting to criminal methods: violence, swindle, extortion or organized crime 20,[34][35][36] Probably the main swindle is the overestimation of the artificial intelligence without scientific support, this include the millionaire promotion of singularity 14 a term very promoted by the transhumanism; this is defined as the moment when the machines acquire an intelligence superior to the human one and it even can govern us. 6 This points to be only an intellectual campaign to intimidate the population and to induce it using the brain implants, as well as the recent campaign of "the threat of robots" that for being "very intelligent" or "super dangerous" "they will leave us without jobs" or "they will exterminate us." ...
... This suspicion is reinforced by recent researches alert on the existence of a global organized crime network to develop illicitly transhumanist projects using nanotechnology in order to create human weapons known as "nanomafias", mainly in Latin America". 34,35 For that purpose, the citizens would be intoxicated with drinks and foods contaminated with brain nanobots or even would be kidnapped to install brain implants in them like the cortical modem or artificial hippocampus without their consent using the hospital surgeries mainly the neurosurgery, and the victims who have suffered brain mapping and a robot has been constructed with their own brain algorithms would be beheaded to fuse their heads with those of robots created from their brain mapping. 20 This mafia of the transnational technology companies and the corrupt governments involve administrators of hospitals, corrupt health unions, rectors, professors, librarians and universities students, mafias of police, prosecutor's offices, judges, intelligence services and especially press media and its extensive network of journalists who develop an insolent campaign to promote the use of technological implants. ...
... In Latin America, one of the main companies suspected of secretly and unlawfully developing transhumanism is the Peruvian health insurance company ESSALUD ( Figure 7). 34,35 The suspicion is reinforced because ESSALUD currently develops a massive transhumanist subliminal advertising, this peruvian company has adopted as a new logo, the "humanization". 44 It is necessary to highlight that the transhumanists affirm that their movement is an extension of humanization. 1 ESSALUD has also placed several advertisements with the word "control" that which aims to be a subliminal promotion of mind control (Figure 8). ...
... Recent researches that warn of a terrorist organization organized by the economic powers and transnational technology companies that are developing secretly and illicitly neuroscientific human experimentation with brain microchips and nanobots in the world, that is called "the nanomafia". [23][24][25][26][27][28][29] There is an advertising mega-campaign that seeks to get the citizens accustomed to their lives "being part of a film", part of a TV series programming; the actual objective is to seek the voluntary consent so the citizen accepts the televisualization of their whole life, thus, the transnational companies will have legal access to people's private lives without legal claim. As an example, DirecTV promotes in Peruvian malls as Megaplaza the campaign "be part of the programming" inviting passers-by to enter a TV set. ...
... The student was taking part of campaigns of emotional intelligence, 43 a term used as camouflage of the mind control in children with nanobots and brain net. 23 Although the press, 44 the police and prosecutor promotes the reason of the crime as result of a psychotic crisis of the assassin, actually the violent murder aims to be a vendetta of the nanomafia organized for journalists and teachers of cognitive psychology, the principal group that promotes the emotional intelligence. This murder reinforces the suspicion of U.S. nanomafias in universities. ...
... Garcia's corruption fame and his relations with Fernando Barrios lead to suspect that Alan García would be developing the Brain net in all Latin America. 23 García is president of APRA, the most important political party in Peru, these relations lead to suspicion that APRA would be organizing the Brain net in Peru ( Figure 6). Due to the unusual and surprising support of the APRA to the Venezuelan immigrants in Peru, 47 now amounting to approximately 280.000, there is a strong suspicion that a great number of them is becoming a new kind of criminal element, "the nano-hired killers", 23 Venezuelans organized by the APRA that are dedicated to the brain mapping of Peruvian female university students and schoolchildren to obtain their sexual life using the mind videos. ...
... The choice of a play that has as its main character a prostitute of Peruvian jungle to be used as a promotion of the cerebral internet is not random. Peru is one of the main objectives of nanotechnology mafias called nanomafias [15], and one of the main places of transnationals is the Peruvian jungle for its extensive natural resources. ...
... Nanobots can be used as mind control weapons and can lead to digital slavery (Figure1). 3,4 Recent researches alert on the development of the mind control program in the world by the US Army, 5 however, the mind control could be used as State terrorism, common crime or organized crime weapon for that reason, it could be used by the criminals in sports like soccer and could being applied on football players of the teams that are participating, nowadays, in the current world cup mainly in difficult games soccer like a desesperate measure of coaches soccer The actions of nanotechnology mafia are facilitated because nanobots can be administered in foods and drinks. In football, the nanobots as well as the drugs like cocaine or marijuana, can influence on the performance of a football player who could be victim of nanobots, could be subject to mind control, his muscles could be contracted or could be tortured by telemetry with the so-called brain net thus, limiting his play in a world football competition such as in the critical execution of penalties 7,8 or in passes precision, thus, probably achieving one of the main objectives of nanomafias in football: block a goal. ...
Chapter
The further development of human society will depend to a great extent on the qualitative improvement of intelligent systems and artificial intelligence (AI) robots. Along with the development of AI and other technologies, social relations will change, thereby changing the natural cognitive and physical capabilities of people. This chapter discusses possible ways promising forms of AI (artificial general intelligence, strong artificial intelligence, super artificial intelligence) can be created, the risks of that creation, and the interconnected process of human enhancement using achievements in genetic engineering and cyborgization. The author also focuses on the risks and possibilities of transhumanism, threats from the malicious use of AI in provoking nuclear conflict, and the factors involved in transitioning from the malicious use of AI to independent, malicious actions of advanced AI forms in the more distant future. By analyzing a wide array of global development scenarios, the author concludes that the predominantly positive or negative results of enhanced human activity and advanced forms of AI, as well as the forms that these interactions take, will be decisively socially conditioned. Without social and technological changes, including a corresponding qualitative systemic development of human abilities and a higher level of social justice and responsibility, humanity is doomed to perish.KeywordsArtificial intelligenceArtificial general intelligenceStrong intelligenceSuper artificial intelligenceHuman enhancementGenetic engineering and cyborgizationGlobal development

This book argues that the fourth industrial revolution, the process of accelerated automation of traditional manufacturing and industrial practices via digital technology, will serve to further marginalise Africa within the international community. In this book, the author argues that the looting of Africa that started with human capital and then natural resources, now continues unabated via data and digital resources looting. Developing on the notion of "Coloniality of Data", the fourth industrial revolution is postulated as the final phase which will conclude Africa's peregrination towards recolonisation. Global cartels, networks of coloniality, and tech multinational corporations have turned big data into capital, which is largely unregulated or poorly regulated in Africa as the continent lacks the strong institutions necessary to regulate the mining of data. Written from a decolonial perspective, this book employs three analytical pillars of coloniality of power, knowledge and being. Highlighting the crippling continuation of asymmetrical global power relations, this book will be an important read for researchers of African studies, politics and international political economy.
