... In the realm of system development, prior studies have delved deeply into the creation and optimization of admin modules across various sectors. These range from applications in e-grocery platforms [19], intricate academic procedures [20], [21], healthcare administration in hospitals [22], oversight of campus transportation [23], security infrastructures [24], [25], to the management of financial systems [26]. However, a discerning examination of the literature reveals a notable gap: dedicated research centered purely on the intricacies of admin modules remains elusive. ...

Elevating the quality of learning is central to ensuring academic programs align with national standards. One crucial aspect of this process is the semester-based learning planning. Traditionally, the Department of Computer Science orchestrates this planning by creating separate documents for various data points, including courses, CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes), and CPMK (Course Learning Outcomes), which are then integrated into the RPS (Semester Learning Plan) document each term. This study seeks a solution to enhance the efficiency of such data management through the development of an admin module. The system, designed using the Rapid Test Development (RAD) approach and the Laravel framework, offers a more effective data management solution, subsequently elevating the pedagogical quality of the Department of Computer Science. In conclusion, an integrated approach to data management can make a significant contribution to educational quality. Through this research, the scholarly contribution provided is the introduction of a systematic model in educational data management to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process in higher education institutions
... The vulnerability of the financial system includes the vulnerability of financial institutions and markets. In the meantime, financial system has become increasingly fragile (Johnston et al., 2000;Liu, 2012;Tropeano, 2013). Explaining the financial fragility hypothesis from the perspective of the enterprise, Minsky (1982) thought that the intrinsic characteristics of an organization creating private credit could lead enterprises to face the dilemma of bankruptcy caused by a cyclical crisis; furthermore, the dilemma may have a negative impact in other areas and result in economic crisis. ...

Taking the leading role of the banking industry in the financial system into consideration, this paper constructed a financial vulnerability index by using the method of principal component analysis, and found China's financial vulnerability showed a slightly upward trend in general. In order to confirm the macro factors affecting financial fragility, dynamic regression models were constructed. As a result, the authors obtained seven major macro factors. Finally, the authors determined that an overheated economy, increasing inflation, excessive growth of the country's fiscal expenditures, and export shocks will increase financial vulnerability. However, the increasing investment in real estates and fixed assets may reduce the risk in the financial market. Therefore, China needs to adapt to the new normal economic development model, weaken government intervention in the financial markets, deepen financial reforms, and maintain steady development in the financial system.
... In pursuance of such measures of governance via financial management systems, some schools of thought have identified several criteria that the financial management systems of NGOs and other donor funded projects must meet in pursuance of financial governance. One such major classification is proposed by Shizhen (2005) which includes financial reporting, accounting records and source documentation, internal control, budget control, cost allowance and cash management and compliance frameworks. ...

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore financial governance as practiced by NGOs in Ghana and further examines the determinants of the financial governance structures of the NGOs. The study specifically investigates which organizational-level characteristics exhibit any link whatsoever with governance as it relates to budget preparation, budget execution and internal controls and budget monitoring. Design/methodology/approach – Using a questionnaire to conduct the survey, a cross-sectional regression analysis was executed. Findings – The findings of the study indicate that the most positively influential factor in explaining an NGO's adoption of a governance framework is its size. The other variables, organizational age and independence, are not significant across all three financial governance proxies and when they prove significant, the effect is negative. Originality/value – The findings hold important policy implications and especially so for countries that attract significant funding via relatively small-sized NGOs.

In this globalization era, the business world adhering to sharia principles has begun to develop, not only banking financial institutions, but non-banking financial institutions, one of which is insurance institution also has started to adopt the sharia principles. Insurance institutions must grant the best company performance so that they can be comprised in the criteria for a healthy and appropriate insurance company in paying their customers' claims. Public trust in insurance is influenced by the health of the insurance company and the accuracy of insurance in paying claims. One way to assess the health condition of an insurance company is to use Return on Equity.Return on Equity at PT AIA Financial was still below the unsafe percentage because almost all the percentage of Return on Equity had been below 40%. Therefore, it was important to know what things influenced Return on Equity so that Return on Equity of PT. AIA Financial could be able to be in a safe spot. Furthermore, the way to observe the financial performance of an insurance company required to calculate the level of adequacy of funds, liquidity, and claims expense in advance. The research was aimed at determining the influence of the Adequacy of Funds, Liquidity, and Claims Expenses toward Company's Health Level which was projected in Return On Equity. The research methods applied in the research were descriptive and associative. The result of the research shows that the Adequacy level of Funds does not influence Return On Equity. This study explores, for the first time, how financial vulnerability affects income inequality across OECD countries, from 1990 to 2015. The empirics use a new financial vulnerability index constructed by Adrian and Duarte (2016). Through the methodology of their modeling approach, panel GARCH and GMM methods, the findings indicate that financial vulnerability exerts a negative impact on income equality conditions. The results survive certain definitions of income inequality and corruption, while they highlight the importance of financial stability conditions, with potential further repercussions to the real economy.
