Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning, machine learning and neural networks represent incredibly exciting and powerful machine learning-based techniques used to solve many real-world problems. For a primer on machine learning, you may want to read this five-part series that I wrote. While human-like deductive reasoning, inference, and decision-making by a computer is still a long time away, there have been remarkable gains in the application of AI techniques and associated algorithms.

This paper has discussed the creation of a smart healthcare web system using the emerging technologies, Progressive Web Application, and Artificial Intelligence. The current state, as well the issues and challenges of these technologies in smart healthcare system, was identified, and it was found that they are still relatively new, with issues still focused on accuracy, compatibility, design, security, and ethical issues. Aside from that, PWAs were compared to their predecessors, native applications, and hybrid applications in terms of their features. And overall, PWAs were found to be the best solution when it comes to the creation of effective healthcare web system. Based on SWOT analysis, PWAs were found to have an advantage in making patient-centered applications and the development of a secure communication channel for medical professionals. However, being relatively new, studies on the future challenges of these technologies still require further elucidation.

The paper examined artificial intelligence in human resources management and the need to present this important asset in the financial statement which can be reflected as part of government financial performance. The study employed descriptive design. Thus, it is exploratory in nature based on extensive review of relevant literature on artificial intelligence, human resources management and human resources accounting. The findings revealed that artificial intelligence is gradually taking over certain areas of human resources management and most organizations have failed to recognize them in the financial statement as required. The paper therefore, recommended among others that human resource available in the public sector should be rightly assessed and should be further developed through motivation training and development, and perception to the needs of the organization concerned. This will help to determine the financial performance of the government as it will reflect in the financial statement. Again, artificial intelligence is redirecting human capital in the organization, so the cost of acquiring artificial intelligence and human capital in the organization will reflect us in the financial statement of the organization. Further studies can be empirically done on this topic to establish the relationship between the variables.

This paper had highlighted the critical aspects of digital healthcare and its application in healthcare settings. The current state and the issues and challenges associated with the technologies were also identified. It was found that they are still relatively new, with issues still focused on accuracy, design, and security and privacy. Nevertheless, the good thing about the issues and challenges in digital healthcare is that they can be managed and resolved by several emerging technologies: security and privacy through blockchain and cloud computing, accuracy through the use of AI techniques, and lastly, design through the use of UI/UX, and progressive web applications (PWAs). And with already a variety of types, it is essential to note that implementing the tools in digital healthcare is not anticipated to replace medical professionals but instead to complement the existing systems through support in the medical interventions. 3

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is indeed a technique that is increasingly evolving throughout the worldwide and banking industry has become one of its earliest users. From manufacturing to service industries, AI have been a part of the company, in this modern era, where everything is handled by means of computers or human computer interface (HCI’s). AI is not a new innovation, but it has grown exponentially in recent years, catering a lot for sustainable growth. US and China are important countries that contribute to different applications using AI. As per Forrester report the customised customer platform offers quantitative benefits in the form of reduced costs, highly efficient human resources and enhanced customer engagement outcomes. AI is growing, however there are barriers to support and maintain since it can deal with possible biases or accountability of senior executives and government legislations. Big data is a channel to AI’s service and Virtual reality cannot operate without data. In the Present research the development and success of AI have been analysed focussing on the banking industry. The study also finds different ways to minimise costs and provide reliable data based on Site intelligence. AI’s a machine blessing, but also a threat. This report discusses the vulnerabilities and diverse prospects for growth in this particular service sector.

Ample literature on social capital have provided inspiring results emphasizing the importance of social capital in various fields of development. The concept of Artificial Intelligence has become increasingly involved the area of computer science that highlights the creation of intelligent machines, which function and reaction like humans. Both Artificial Intelligence and knowledge management rotate around the same concept of knowledge where this connects with civic engagement, i.e., acting to produce a change in the communal life to develop new knowledge. This is a literature review critiquing the role of Artificial Intelligence and knowledge management within the realm of social capital of resources shared within the social media platforms for achieving civic engagement. The originality of this study originates from the scant model-based evidence which has yet to empirically assess what is the effect of social capital of knowledge management, and what is the effect of knowledge management on civic engagement. This is a research in progress bearing theoretical and practical implications.

With globalization, organizations also want to get advantage of diverse and disperse talent. The artificial intelligence (AI) here comes to the rescue. AI interventions are influencing the HRM system and streamlining many activities to ease the burden of executives. However, still many things are unclear and there is a need to identify the role of AI in HRM. There is a need to transform the HR function to reach the fit so that AI can complement HRM. The current chapter introduces the concepts of AI and HRM and then identifies the impact of AI on HRM by discussing the current scenario, benefits, challenges, biases, and the future effect as well.

■ In this brief history, the beginnings of artificial in- telligence are traced to philosophy, fiction, and imagination. Early inventions in electronics, engi- neering, and many other disciplines have influ- enced AI. Some early milestones include work in problems solving which included basic work in learning, knowledge representation, and inference as well as demonstration programs in language un- derstanding, translation, theorem proving, associa- tive memory, and knowledge-based systems. The article ends with a brief examination of influential organizations and current issues facing the field.

There is an alternative route to Artificial Intelligence that diverges from the directions pursued under that banner for the last thirty some years. The traditional approach has emphasized the abstract manipulation of symbols, whose grounding in physical reality has rarely been achieved. We explore a research methodology which emphasizes ongoing physical interaction with the environment as the primary source of constraint on the design of intelligent systems. We show how this methodology has recently had significant successes on a par with the most successful classical efforts. We outline plausible future work along these lines which can lead to vastly more ambitious systems.

4D/RCS is the reference model architecture currently being developed for the Demo III Experimental Unmanned Vehicle program. 4D/RCS integrates the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) RCS (real-time control system) with the German (Universitat der Bundeswehr Munchen) VaMoRs 4D approach (3 dimensions+time) to dynamic machine vision. The 4D/RCS architecture consists of a hierarchy of computational nodes each of which contains behavior generation (BG), world modeling (WM), sensory processing (SP), and value judgement (VJ) processes. Each node also contains a knowledge database (KD) and an operator interface. These computational nodes are arranged such that the BG processes represent organizational units within a command and control hierarchy
