Effective Use of Multimedia Technology for Enhancing the Memory Retention Process of Human Brain in E-Learning through CBT Software
The human learning process is the combination of Comprehension and Memory. To develop efficient and effective e-learning solutions the memory retention techniques plays an important role. The memory retention depends upon vary complicated psychological process and working of brain. The memory retention can be enhanced using the Multimedia technology. This paper describes the generalized method for effective utilization of recent Multimedia technologies for implementing the various learning theories and results for enhancing the memory retention of the learner. The generalized technique is tested while developing the 50 hours CBT of C language. It took around six years to develop this CBT and tested over 500 students. It contains set of audio-visual executable clips recorded using Direct Screen Recording techniques. It has produced very encouraging results.
