... [Show full abstract] methods. Among these new production structures, several are in organic farming (OF), whereas it seemed impossible given the demands of the market. We hypothesize that a new production model of cut flowers in OF is emerging and could contribute to a shift in flower production in France. One survey of producers reveals that squaring the circle is not where we thought. Production is very real but faces challenges, some which may seem insoluble. Through this article, we seek to show which elements support or on the contrary hinder the development of production in OF.
