Research on the multi-planning-in-one land space method spatial data mining based on GIS

Abstract

With the development of globalization, China's population, environment, resources are increasing, the urgent need to improve macroeconomic regulation, increase the development and utilization of land and land planning. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the basic process of the planning and land, collected in various fields of space data and make the data exchange requirements. This paper constructs a Multi rule in one partition database, combination of comprehensive land partitioning techniques such as a series of methods and techniques, through space poly class analysis method, to multiple plans, as one goal of comprehensive division. Using the language of C#, secondary development of ArcGIS Engine, the use of multi rule in one comprehensive partition database as the core, realize the multi rule in one comprehensive land partitioning tool. This tool is used in land planning provides the auxiliary function of land zoning. Combined with the seven regional planning results of natural geographical region, a comprehensive zoning plan was formed. This study shows that, the tool can provide powerful support and technical support for the national spatial development strategy.
