written.Itplannedforaparadigmshiftinthewakeofftheubiquitousevolutionaryaftermathof
rapeandpillagethatwasforourspeciesanintraspecificmeansofreproductionandresource
monopolisation,encapsulatedintheform ofintersexuallyconsensualgregariousordereffected
byintrasexualmaleaggression,projectingthroughxenophobicmaleaggression.

inpatriarchallycoercivebiasedculture,havealsotherighttodecideabouttheirlivesfor
themselveswithoutanyform ofcoercion. Ineffect,byvirtueofthespecificplasticitythat
polyphenism
6enablesanorganism tophenotypicallyexpressitselfin,eversincetheclimaxing
grantingoffemalesuffrageendedthepossibilityoflegallygettingawaywiththeparasitic
detrimentalmonopolisationofthelivesofothers,ourcurrentsublimatedbehaviourmakesusso
differentfrom whatwewere,thatwemightstandoutasatotallydifferentspeciestothe
unsuspecting,butinactualitythegenomeisthesame.
Inthelightofmoderndayobjectivitygrantedbytheempiricalmethodsofscienceimpartinga
betterqualityoflifeforhumansbyenhancingtheirperceptionofreality,theandrocentricsexist
verbiageintheUniversalDeclarationOfHumanRights,especiallythepronounsused,typicalof
thetimetheywerewrittenin,seem outofplace.Also,somewhatstrangethattheydidbuta
signatureofpatriarchallybiasedexpression,tousepluralityincombinationwithsingularlysexist
pronounssoundsgramaticallyerroneous.Ontheotherhandonreflexion,retrospectivelythereis
nobetterevidenceofitbeingoutdatedjargonthaninlaterdeclarationsbytheUnitedNations
itself

in whichthechoiceofwordingusedisbothobjectivelygenderneutraland,when
mentioningthesexes,bilaterallybalancedeitherway.Soinhonouroftheeffectivenessand
beneficialconsequences ofthe UniversalDeclaration OfHuman Rights a revised non
androcentricdraftisproposedbelow. ItisaneditedcopyofTheUniversalDeclarationOf
HumanRightsbutwiththeoriginalwordinginbracketsafterithasbeenreplaced.Thelanguage
usedbytheUnitedNationshasevolvedbythepositivefeedbackoftheirownactionsinthepast.
Iftheaim oftheUniversalDeclarationOfHumanRightswastocreatestandardsofuniversal
fairnessforallhumansthen,from acontemporaryperspective,thereissomecontradictionwith
theDeclaration'sArticle2,whereitstates,"Everyoneisentitledtoalltherightsandfreedomsset
forthinthisDeclaration,withoutdistinctionofanykind,suchas......sex."Inaddition,inArticle
6,usinggenderneutrallanguagetheDeclarationsays,"Everyonehastherighttorecognition
everywhereasapersonbeforethelaw."
Preamble
Whereasrecognitionoftheinherentdignityandoftheequalandinalienablerightsofall
membersofthehumanfamilyisthefoundationoffreedom,justiceandpeaceintheworld,
Whereasdisregardandcontemptforhumanrightshaveresultedinbarbarousactswhichhave
outragedtheconscienceofhumankind(mankind),andtheadventofaworldinwhichhuman
beingsshallenjoyfreedom ofspeechandbeliefandfreedom from fearandwanthasbeen
proclaimedasthehighestaspirationofthecommonpeople,
Whereasitisessential,ifhumansare(manis)nottobecompelledtohaverecourse,asalast
resort,torebellionagainsttyrannyandoppression,thathumanrightsshouldbeprotectedbythe
ruleoflaw,
Whereasitisessentialtopromotethedevelopmentoffriendlyrelationsbetweennations,
WhereasthepeoplesoftheUnitedNationshaveintheCharterreaffirmedtheirfaithin
fundamentalhumanrights,inthedignityandworthofthehumanpersonandintheequalrights
ofmenandwomenandhavedeterminedtopromotesocialprogressandbetterstandardsoflife
inlargerfreedom,
WhereasMemberStateshavepledgedthemselvestoachieve,inco-operationwiththeUnited
Nations,thepromotionofuniversalrespectforandobservanceofhumanrightsandfundamental
freedoms,
Whereasacommonunderstandingoftheserightsandfreedomsisofthegreatestimportancefor
thefullrealizationofthispledge,
Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL
DECLARATIONOFHUMANRIGHTSasacommonstandardofachievementforallpeoples
andallnations,totheendthateveryindividualandeveryorganofsociety,keepingthis
Declarationconstantlyinmind,shallstrivebyteachingandeducationtopromoterespectfor
theserightsandfreedomsandbyprogressivemeasures,nationalandinternational,tosecuretheir
universalandeffectiverecognitionandobservance,bothamongthepeoplesofMemberStates
themselvesandamongthepeoplesofterritoriesundertheirjurisdiction.
Article1.
Allhumanbeingsarebornfreeandequalindignityandrights.Theyareendowedwithreason
andconscienceandshouldacttowardsoneanotherinaspiritofbrotherhood.
Article2.
Everyoneisentitledtoalltherightsandfreedomssetforth inthisDeclaration,without
distinctionofanykind,suchasrace,colour,sex,language,religion,politicalorotheropinion,
nationalorsocialorigin,property,birthorotherstatus.Furthermore,nodistinctionshallbemade
onthebasisofthepolitical,jurisdictionalorinternationalstatusofthecountryorterritoryto
whichapersonbelongs,whetheritbeindependent,trust,non-self-governingorunderanyother
limitationofsovereignty.
Article3.
Everyonehastherighttolife,libertyandsecurityofperson.
Article4.
Nooneshallbeheldinslaveryorservitude;slaveryandtheslavetradeshallbeprohibitedinall
theirforms.
Article5.
Nooneshallbesubjectedtotortureortocruel,inhumanordegradingtreatmentorpunishment.
Article6.
Everyonehastherighttorecognitioneverywhereasapersonbeforethelaw.
Article7.
Allareequalbeforethelawandareentitledwithoutanydiscriminationtoequalprotectionofthe
law.Allare entitled to equalprotection againstany discrimination in violation ofthis
Declarationandagainstanyincitementtosuchdiscrimination.
Article8.
Everyonehastherighttoaneffectiveremedybythecompetentnationaltribunalsforacts
violatingthefundamentalrightsgrantedhimbytheconstitutionorbylaw.
Article9.
Nooneshallbesubjectedtoarbitraryarrest,detentionorexile.
Article10.
Everyoneisentitledinfullequalitytoafairandpublichearingbyanindependentandimpartial
tribunal,inthedeterminationoftheir(his)rightsandobligationsandofanycriminalcharge
againstthem(him).
Article11.
(1)Everyonechargedwithapenaloffencehastherighttobepresumedinnocentuntilproved
guiltyaccordingtolaw inapublictrialatwhichtheyhave(hehas)hadalltheguarantees
necessaryfortheir(his)defence.
(2)Nooneshallbeheldguiltyofanypenaloffenceonaccountofanyactoromissionwhichdid
notconstituteapenaloffence,undernationalorinternationallaw,atthetimewhenitwas
committed.Norshallaheavierpenaltybeimposedthantheonethatwasapplicableatthetime
thepenaloffencewascommitted.
Article12.
Nooneshallbesubjectedtoarbitraryinterferencewiththeir(his)privacy,family,homeor
correspondence,nortoattacksupontheir(his)honourandreputation.Everyonehastherightto
theprotectionofthelawagainstsuchinterferenceorattacks.
Article13.
(1)Everyonehastherighttofreedom ofmovementandresidencewithinthebordersofeach
state.
(2)Everyonehastherighttoleaveanycountry,includingtheir(his)own,andtoreturntohis
country.
Article14.
(1)Everyonehastherighttoseekandtoenjoyinothercountriesasylumfrompersecution.
(2)Thisrightmaynotbeinvokedinthecaseofprosecutionsgenuinelyarisingfrom non-
politicalcrimesorfromactscontrarytothepurposesandprinciplesoftheUnitedNations.
Article15.
(1)Everyonehastherighttoanationality.
(2)Nooneshallbearbitrarilydeprivedoftheir(his)nationalitynordeniedtherighttochange
their(his)nationality.
Article16.
(1)Menandwomenoffullage,withoutanylimitationduetorace,nationalityorreligion,have
therighttomarryandtofoundafamily.Theyareentitledtoequalrightsastomarriage,during
marriageandatitsdissolution.
(2)Marriageshallbeenteredintoonlywiththefreeandfullconsentoftheintendingspouses.
(3)Thefamilyisthenaturalandfundamentalgroupunitofsocietyandisentitledtoprotection
bysocietyandtheState.
Article17.
(1)Everyonehastherighttoownpropertyaloneaswellasinassociationwithothers.
(2)Nooneshallbearbitrarilydeprivedofhisproperty.
Article18.
Everyonehastherighttofreedom ofthought,conscienceandreligion;thisrightincludes
freedomtochangetheir(his)religionorbelief,andfreedom,eitheraloneorincommunitywith
othersandinpublicorprivate,tomanifesttheir(his)religionorbeliefinteaching,practice,
worshipandobservance.
Article19.
Everyonehastherighttofreedomofopinionandexpression;thisrightincludesfreedomtohold
opinionswithoutinterferenceandtoseek,receiveandimpartinformationandideasthroughany
mediaandregardlessoffrontiers.
Article20.
(1)Everyonehastherighttofreedomofpeacefulassemblyandassociation.
(2)Noonemaybecompelledtobelongtoanassociation.
Article21.
(1)Everyonehastherighttotakepartinthegovernmentoftheir(his)country,directlyor
throughfreelychosenrepresentatives.
(2)Everyonehastherightofequalaccesstopublicserviceinhiscountry.
(3)Thewillofthepeopleshallbethebasisoftheauthorityofgovernment;thiswillshallbe
expressedinperiodicandgenuineelectionswhichshallbebyuniversalandequalsuffrageand
shallbeheldbysecretvoteorbyequivalentfreevotingprocedures.
Article22.
Everyone,asamemberofsociety,hastherighttosocialsecurityandisentitledtorealization,
throughnationaleffortandinternationalco-operationandinaccordancewiththeorganization
andresourcesofeachState,oftheeconomic,socialandculturalrightsindispensablefortheir
(his)dignityandthefreedevelopmentoftheir(his)personality.
Article23.
(1)Everyonehastherighttowork,tofreechoiceofemployment,tojustandfavourable
conditionsofworkandtoprotectionagainstunemployment.
(2)Everyone,withoutanydiscrimination,hastherighttoequalpayforequalwork.
(3)Everyonewhoworkshastherighttojustandfavourableremunerationensuringforhimself
andtheir(his)familyanexistenceworthyofhumandignity,andsupplemented,ifnecessary,by
othermeansofsocialprotection.
(4)Everyonehastherighttoform andtojointradeunionsfortheprotectionoftheir(his)
interests.
Article24.
Everyonehastherighttorestandleisure,includingreasonablelimitationofworkinghoursand
periodicholidayswithpay.
Article25.
(1)Everyonehastherighttoastandardoflivingadequateforthehealthandwell-beingof
himselfandoftheir(his)family,includingfood,clothing,housingandmedicalcareand
necessarysocialservices,andtherighttosecurityintheeventofunemployment,sickness,
disability,widowhood,oldageorotherlackoflivelihoodincircumstancesbeyondtheir(his)
control.
(2)Motherhoodandchildhoodareentitledtospecialcareandassistance.Allchildren,whether
borninoroutofwedlock,shallenjoythesamesocialprotection.
Article26.
(1)Everyonehastherighttoeducation.Educationshallbefree,atleastintheelementaryand
fundamentalstages.Elementaryeducationshallbecompulsory.Technicalandprofessional
educationshallbemadegenerallyavailableandhighereducationshallbeequallyaccessibleto
allonthebasisofmerit.
(2)Educationshallbedirectedtothefulldevelopmentofthehumanpersonalityandtothe
strengthening ofrespectforhuman rightsand fundamentalfreedoms.Itshallpromote
understanding,toleranceandfriendshipamongallnations,racialorreligiousgroups,andshall
furthertheactivitiesoftheUnitedNationsforthemaintenanceofpeace.
(3)Parentshaveapriorrighttochoosethekindofeducationthatshallbegiventotheirchildren.
Article27.
(1)Everyonehastherightfreelytoparticipateintheculturallifeofthecommunity,toenjoythe
artsandtoshareinscientificadvancementanditsbenefits.
(2)Everyonehastherighttotheprotectionofthemoralandmaterialinterestsresultingfromany
scientific,literaryorartisticproductionofwhichtheyare(heis)theauthor.
Article28.
Everyoneisentitledtoasocialandinternationalorderinwhichtherightsandfreedomssetforth
inthisDeclarationcanbefullyrealized.
Article29.
(1)Everyonehasdutiestothecommunityinwhichalonethefreeandfulldevelopmentoftheir
(his)personalityispossible.
(2)Intheexerciseoftheir(his)rightsandfreedoms,everyoneshallbesubjectonlytosuch
limitationsasaredeterminedbylaw solelyforthepurposeofsecuringduerecognitionand
respectfortherightsandfreedomsofothersandofmeetingthejustrequirementsofmorality,
publicorderandthegeneralwelfareinademocraticsociety.
(3)Theserightsandfreedomsmayinnocasebeexercisedcontrarytothepurposesand
principlesoftheUnitedNations.
Article30.
NothinginthisDeclarationmaybeinterpretedasimplyingforanyState,grouporpersonany
righttoengageinanyactivityortoperformanyactaimedatthedestructionofanyoftherights
andfreedomssetforthherein.
