Infrastructure Review Rubric and Methodology for HEIs in Ireland

Abstract

This report describes the process and outcomes of generating a Rubric (Data structure) for the Systematic Review of Technical Infrastructure in Irish Higher Education with a view to Building Digital Capacity that is taking place in the 2015/16 academic year. The Rubric is based loosely on the MIT90s benchmarking scheme (a useful container for such rubrics) but the Working Group did not seek compatibility with specific details of schemes used in other countries such as US pr UK or across the EU.
