Accordingly, based on the various potential scenarios and their potential impacts on the industry, and by matching them with the competitive advantages of the business, the potential opportunities for the business are identified. Another intention here is to provide strategic planners an easily understandable and applicable new approach for clarifying their businesses’ opportunities, by assembling the disconnected and disorderly ideas, processes and techniques.
