Abstract

Over the past years the practices of performance management systems have changed to such an extent that both managers and employees feel it is outdated, tedious, and unnecessary. If these systems are broken then what are the new ways of fixing this? A practical 10-step process will bring it into the contemporary performance landscape with a modern and fresh touch. This means millennials and all other employees will feel valued and contribute willingly to organizational results.
