Study on system for training junior officers' fighting-determination of armored force

Abstract

Fighting-determination ability is an important component of the tactical attainments and is one of key questions to generate battle effectiveness. According to original variation of the current junior officers, and quick improvement of new equipment's functions, to adapt to the complicated information-based battlefield circumstances, and play the main role in land battle, the component elements and implementation approaches of the training system for junior officers' fighting-determination were studied. It integrates many sub-systems and databases and has the advantage of strong cohesion and weak coupling. The training system simulates the process from studying professional basal courses to cultivating fighting-determination for junior officers of armored force. It has been used in the operational labs of military college, and has been taken a good effect upon training practice.

An HLA based distributed organizational behavior modeling method was proposed. The edge of the enterprise is continuously enlarging with the development, the distribution is the most important character which makes concurrent becoming the most difficult problem. HLA resolved these difficulties with the RTI model which professionally dealt with the interaction and sequence management. The establishing method was discussed on modeling of distributed organizational activities following the HLA/RTI specifications and rules. The Federate Object and Simulation model were also designed with the FOM and SOM rules. At the end the integration and interaction way research was done. The model established here will be helpful to the research and application work of distributed organizational management simulation.
