Abstract

New series of MN51000 and MN52000 CMOS gate arrays have been developed by using advanced silicon gate array technology and precise assembly technology. The MN51000 series consists of 8 masters with 312, 520, 732, 1008, 1530, 2014, 3013, and 4000-gate integration. The loaded propagation delay time of a 2-input NAND gate is 2. 5 nsec. This series has more I/O pin than conventional gate arrays. The MN52000 series consists of 5 masters with 2014, 4004, 6014, 8015 and 10000-gate integration. The loaded propagation delay time of a 2-input NAND gate is 2 nsec. These two series are operated by a wide range of supply voltage (2 to 6v). Various types of I/O interfaces and pacakages ara available.
