EMG biofeedback is modern method in kinesiologic examination of muscle function. It has an importance post in rehabilitation. The modern EMG machine gives feed-back as an actual audio-visual information, which is very important in exercises monitoring. The authors illustrated machine utilisation in isometric training of m. vastus medialis, in teaching lateral thoracal respiration in Pilates Medical.

Pilates Medical is one of the method of treatment locomotion disorders. the utilisation of special instruments is inseparable part in detail work with human body. the authors illustrated their characteristics and benefits.
Article
Basis: We can used in rehabilitation of locomotion disorders the basic physiologic and neurophysiologic informations about function proprioceptive analyzer in all level of central nerve system and in feedback control proprioceptive - motoric (P - M) circuit in function skeleton muscles. The most known methods are proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation /PNF/, sensomotoric stimulation and proprioceptive training - coordination stability exercises. Research group: The woman with stroke defect of central motoneuron and two men with defect peripheral motoneuron. They were integrated to therapy group with exercises listed above. Result: We observed success in two men - there was improvement in dynamic locomotion sterotyped, postural and segmental stability optimised in new postura without nociceptive impulses. The woman after stroke had a disability, because the non-fixed state with unstable three-dimension deviation obstructed her basis correct posture. The utilisation of these propriceptive training is delimited by patient's individual possibility.

Basis: The author offers Robin McKezies's method in rehabilitation backache, which is used successfully in 27 other countries. Research group: This method was used in 22 patients with low back pain from februar to june 2005. There were 13 men in age 31-63 years and 9 women in age 22-62 yrs. The dividing according to fault symptoms: no.1 - 18%, no.2 - 9%, no.3 - 23%, no.4- 5%, no.5 - 18%. The dividing according to dysfunctional symptoms: flexional 9%, extensional 9%. There were no proband with fault symptoms No. 7, with no postural syndrom, with no dysfunctional syndrom - lateral displacement. The patients after hemilaminectomy in low back had flexional dysfunctional syndrom. Result: The group with flexional dysfunctional syndrom - flexion improves in 60%. The group with extensional dysfunctional syndrom - extension improves in 70%. The group with fault symptoms -flexion improves in 31.63%, extension improves on 38.3863%. The Stibor sign improves in 62.80%.
