Abstract

Management of hip arthroplasties requiring multiple revisions is challenging and complex Aseptic Loosening is the most common cause of first revision surgery When patients require multiple revisions, risk of infection is greater with each subsequent revision When patients require multiple revisions, time to subsequent revisions decreases with each encounter
