El presente documento analiza la situación de vulnerabilidad y discriminación que viven las mujeres con diversidad funcional y propone soluciones como su participación como agentes de transformación social y el empoderamiento de las mujeres con diversidad funcional como herramienta que dote a estas mujeres de autonomía, poder y capacidad de decisión.
