Abstract

This study introduced the network sales model of agricultural products from the view of business to business e-commerce and analyzed the features, we found the sales model was featured by pattern diversity which was however of low level; the existing e-commerce operation scale of agricultural products is small and the anti-risk capacity is weak; its resource integration capacity is insufficient and thus it can't make full use of the advantages of e-commerce. Based on this, this study established sales chain of fresh agriculture products based on business to business e-commerce, i.e., to trade on the internet; the products are delivered to consumers by third-party according to the delivery of producing area and wholesale market of sales area and then collected by consumers themselves. Meanwhile, we should establish information center of price demand for online trading market and modern refrigeration base of wholesale market, accelerate the development of specialized rural cooperative or industrial company and assure the long-term operation of e-commerce of agricultural products circulation in the future.

E-commerce has the potential to address problems in the agricultural supply chain and support the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. Previous research has largely focused on the business models of rural e-commerce platforms, but has not examined the mechanisms by which they can optimize and reconfigure the agricultural supply chain. This study aims to fill this gap through a case study of Tudouec, a potato e-commerce platform in Inner Mongolia, China. The study employs a single-case study method and utilizes data from interviews, fieldwork, and secondary sources. The findings show that Tudouec is a multi-functional platform offering technical support, warehousing, logistics, supply chain finance, and insurance, among other services. It not only serves as a multi-channel information management platform, but also enhances supply chain capabilities through the interaction of information flow with capital and material flows. This rural e-commerce model addresses the limitations of traditional agricultural models and promotes poverty reduction and rural revitalization. The study's main contribution is in demonstrating the potential for the Tudouec model to be applied to other agricultural products and in other developing countries.

Citation: Zhang, M.; Berghäll, S. E-Commerce in Agri-Food Sector: A Systematic Literature Review Based on Service-Dominant Logic. J. Theor. Appl. Electron. Commer. Res. 2021, 16, 3356-3374. https://doi.org/10.3390/ Abstract: Agricultural e-commerce (AE) has attracted substantial attention within various research disciplines for several years. In this paper, we present a literature review of the recent state of AE research published from 2000 through to 2021 in 83 journals. Based on Service-Dominant Logic (S-D logic) and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA), we identify six research themes, and a theoretical continuum is applied to reveal how research themes and scholarly approaches fit into the S-D logic framework. A general increasing trend in the number of articles confirms the escalating interest in AE research; however, different themes perform unevenly with S-D logic. Even though research themes such as Consumer Willingness are getting closer to S-D logic premises, and ideologies that are increasingly approaching S-D logic have been applied to analyzing AE topics, unfortunately, there remains a paucity of papers that wield S-D logic in the AE field. Our research focuses on an innovative emerging AE field and, simultaneously, provides an approach of integrating S-D logic into analyzing academic papers in the AE domain. This research may shed some light on future possibilities that S-D logic could support the co-creation of value between consumers and agribusiness managers, and other broader disciplines such as management and marketing.

As a major agricultural province in China, the inefficient circulation of traditional agricultural products of Hubei has become a bottleneck hindering the development of agriculture of the province. The use of e-commerce to enhance the circulation efficiency of agricultural products has made it a new growth point for agricultural and rural development and an innovative driving force for the sustained and rapid income increase of farmers. The index system of e-commerce for agricultural products should follow the scientific principle, systematic principle, simplicity principle and operability principle. By the means of questionnaire survey and literature analysis, the index system of e-commerce for Hubei's agricultural products, including four first-level indicators and sixteen second-level indicators, is given in this paper. Tremendous growth of Information Security issues poses a problem - is most of mankind turning criminals or is something wrong with rules? Are we always trying to secure valuable Information or just data and do the rules correspond to generally accepted behaviour? In order to understand better issues connected with Information Security we have first establish concise meaning of terms 'Information' and 'Information Security'. Information cannot be considered separately from an Information Processing System (IPS); a message is Information only for some IPS and is used by the IPS for achieving its goals. In the paper is considered general model of IPSs and their goals. To get some insight of attitudes of users, the mileu of Massively Multiplayer On-line Games (MMOG) is considered. A 'Security Incident' may be just a curiosity; cheating in a game is not considered serious offence by fellow players.
