Abstract

Among problems analyzed by the modern management there are many behavioral facets of company performance, including employee positive relationships. Their importance for an organization efficiency increase is undeniable, however, there is still the lack of the more clear evidence of associations in this area. This article attempts to fill the gap. On the basis of a questionnaire research conducted in companies, through statistical analysis including correlation coefficient and regression analysis, the strength of causal links between elements of positive relationships and selected company development indicators has been calculated. The transfer of positive relationships existing within teams to the positive interpersonal relationships among the teams in the company turns out to be the most significant aspect of relationships at work. This phenomena influences all analyzed company development indicators.
