... [Show full abstract] and remote sensing tools, this study predicted the possible susceptibility within the municipality. In total, 34% of the buildings were estimated to damage within the study area. Among them, ward no 3 of the were observed the most severe damage by 364 buildings, while ward no. 1 estimated the lowest assessment of the damages. The variation in results may differ due to building structure, ages, materials and stories. The attention needs to pay where already buildings were under high risk.
