Dr. Rodin points to our papers as illustrative of the process of mutual development that probably inheres in any in-depth analytic process, and also how our papers illustrate in detail the interplay of mutuality and asymmetry in analysis, even in the most difficult of times. Optimal TAS for Cross-Interference Mitigation in Cognitive MIMO MRC Systems

We statistically analyze the combined SINR structure and derive new expressions of its cumulative and probability distribution functions. Interestingly, we accurately show the substantial gains offered by the proposed TAS strategy in terms of the secondary system outage performance compared to the existent state-of-the-art TAS strategies. Finally, our analytical results are validated by simulations and some important insights are also underlined.

As part of a development in which we as human beings have ever higher expectations of algorithms and these algorithms become more autonomous in their actions, we cannot avoid including possibilities in these algorithms that enable ethical or moral considerations. To develop this ethical or moral consideration, we need a kind of ethical framework that can be used for constructing these algorithms. With the development of such a framework we can start to think about what we as human beings consider to be a moral action executed by algorithms that support actions and decisions of interconnected and self-organizing machines. This chapter explores an ethical framework for interconnected and self-organizing moral machines.

By using ADAMS software, the simulation model of high-energy is established, change of contact force and distribution law of contact force is analyzed and summarized. By analyzing the change of contact force, the vibration law of cluth is studied. The results show that: the total combination time is about 0.26 seconds; the distribution law of pressure on the disk is decided to time and location. the pressure of four point which is mutual 90 degrees on the disk is analyzed, there exists apparent pressure cyclical fluctuations at each four point; by analyzing the contact force, the peak value of contact force can reach 25 kN, and the peak value appears at the time of 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.22, 0.25 seconds, the cluth librates in the axial direction by the cycle of 0.05 seconds. The results provides boundary conditions for a further analysis of the temperature field, flow field of the clutch.
