Offset digging shovel and three-roller mechanism were developed to realize root stubble digging, picking up, stubble-soil separation and root stubble paving. Structure and kinematics parameters of work part were determined by analyzing digging characteristic of the shovel and kinematics of the three-roller mechanism. In the field test, the offset digging shovel had good digging effect and small resistance, and the three-roller mechanism had high capability of picking up, stubble-soil separating and paving. This study laid the foundation for further research and development of corn stubble harvest machine.
