Targeted research to identify current relationship work environment internal leakage
and the level of job performance of the total sample specialists athletes (University of
Minya and the Directorate of Youth and Sports) district, where researchers sought to
examine and analyze the internal working environment to the workers to area sports
district, in order to identify more troops Functional relationship leakage from the
viewpoint of workers, and the ingredients necessary to address the problem of
internal work environment that reduce dropout rates and raise the level of job
performance had become known as the importance of research in the current
highlighting the phenomenon of leakage career as one of the problems faced by the
state government organizations, including sports organizations in terms of loss
Incurred by those organizations by this phenomenon, researchers have used the
descriptive approach - a survey of the suitability of the nature of research, has been
selected random sample of search manner among specialists working athletes Minya
University and the Directorate of Youth and Sports, which numbered (145) divided
into (105) specialist athlete University of Minya, (40) athlete Specialist Directorate of
Youth and Sports, was one of the most important reclamation: --
First: causes associated with the internal working environment, leading to the
leakage career.
"The lack of monthly salary" was ranked first and "weak incentives and allowances
and bonuses to work" was ranked second
Axis II: means of improving internal working environment and reduce leakage
career. "The study and improve the salaries and allowances commensurate with the
efforts of specialists athletes to face high prices" was ranked first directing the
executive to pursue policies encouraging and stimulating the moral with
subordinates ranked second
Axis III: leakage effects on job performance career. "The weakness of loyalty and
belonging to the Organization ranked first and" subjected to psychological pressure
through labour "was ranked second
One of the main recommendations: --
1 - presidents need to take into account the importance of assessing the efforts of
specialists particularly distinguished them, since that creates their sense of comfort
and self-esteem, and thus reflect positively on the level of performance.
2 - Give more attention to lift the degree of leadership keen on trying to provide
possibilities for the working environment of physical and moral integrity necessary
to perform the workers for their lasting and continuous, and trying to secure the
requirements of the work necessary to upgrade performance at work.
